Core and More

Improve posture with 30 minutes of CORE exercises for the abs, low back, hips and shoulders. Then improve flexibility with 10 MORE minutes of gentle yoga stretches for the upper and lower body.

CORE Vitality Workshop* $30/member

Most people muscle movements with arms and legs, leaving out their core.  But when moving FIRST from the core, movement becomes easier with less wear and tear on the joints.  ‘Interested?!  Come and experience 3 smarter ways to amp up your core power!

Core Workshop II* - $30/member

From addressing the 3 Ps - alleviating PAIN, stabilizing POSTURE, enhancing PERFORMANCE and the importance of BREATH WORK in the first Core Workshop, we now extend and focus more exclusively on PERFORMANCE aspects of core activity, still placing the breath into the center of it all.

Compare your fitness level with others and compete with yourself by varying workouts such as short, high intensity, time limits, task completion and anaerobic threshold. Fee based class.

CSI (Cycle Strength Intervals)

Combine your Studio Cycling experience with challenging intervals of full body strengthening using the NEW Exerbar! Complete your cardio AND strength training in one fast, effective workout. (This new Cycle class is followed by our new Lengthen and Strengthen Stretch class!)

A more refined format including traditional weight training combined with timed cardio intervals consisting of basic, athletic movements specifically designed to enhance the strength portion of the workout experience.

A dynamic cardio class utilizing dumbbells and a bosu ball to perform three-dimensional full body movements.  A "one and done” high calorie burn and strength building workout!

 

Cycle 360

Enhance your cycle workout by following it up with a 30-minute workout in Studio 360, free of charge for Cycle September! All participants in the 8:30 a.m. cycle class are invited to work out with Matt in Studio 360 from 9:30-10 a.m. on Thursdays.

Cycle and Strength

Our traditional Studio Cycle class now has upper body work! Pick up your light dumbbells for a few songs throughout class for basic arm exercises.

Cycle Basics

A modified ride combining all the elements of our varied cycle classes. You’ll experience moderate intensity climbs and sprints, timed drills, rhythmic moves to the music, and simple upper body conditioning using light hand weights. All this while enjoying great tunes from past and present. This class is open and accessible to all ages and levels, so come ride modified.

Cycle Bootcamp

Get your heart rate elevated with short intervals of hills and sprints on the bike and a variety of body weight exercises off the bike. Cardio, strength and quick transitions! Expect a new and exciting workout every time.

Cycle UNPLUGGED

Looking for a simple, but solid workout with no frills? Disconnect from distractions for an intense 45 minute ride with none of the extras and all of the results.

Cycle UNPLUGGED - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Prepare to "unplug” from it all for a unique Pure Cycle experience in the dark! No screens, no frills, no lights. Be sure to arrive on time because once we get started…the lights go OUT.

Join our Houstonian dance instructors for an energy-packed dance class featuring Zumba, Hip Hop, Latin and more!

Dance the Step

This fun class combines dance choreography on the floor with step choreography on the bench, resulting in a great cardio workout with plenty of sweat!

Dance Tone

Every class feels like a party in this innovative dance fitness class.  Dance Tone focuses on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. You will be exposed to various styles of dance and top hits currently played on the radio.
