BARRE Basics

Our beginner version of BARRE CODE that provides a good, solid workout with slower transitions, more thorough introduction of classic barre moves and less advanced options.

An athletic, hard-core workout influenced by classical ballet barre.

Caliente’

If you like Zumba, you’ll LOVE Caliente’! Come feel the Latin beat in this fun, energizing dance class that will leave you exhilarated and wanting more!

Cardio Hip Hop

Get ready to step up and step into Cardio Hip Hop! A fun and effective way to get your heart pumping. This high-impact cardio workout engages the entire body, increases stamina and helps you build muscle tone while moving and grooving to fun hip hop jams. No dance experience needed!

Cardio Hip-Hop

This class combines a great cardio workout with fun dance steps to the Hip-Hop beat! Hip-Hop steps will be introduced and combined with cardio moves for a fun, energetic dance/workout experience!

Dance the Step

This fun class combines dance choreography on the floor with step choreography on the bench, resulting in a great cardio workout with plenty of sweat!

Dance Workshop

A styling class for women, focusing on the body mechanics of Latin dancing. We will touch on hip action, foot and leg work, and arm styling. Plus we will put into practice some fun choreography!

DRENCHED!

A combination of Pilates-based rhythmic movements and cardio kickbox- style kicks and punches that will strengthen the core and improve flexibility while providing a stamina and cardio challenge like no other. You will leave this class DRENCHED!

H-Dance

This easy-to-follow, fun and playful dance class will keep your heart rate up with high energy moves, exciting choreography, and lots of sweat. Come enjoy great music, and dance your way to a lean, toned body!

Hoopla

Get your summer "hoop" on in this fun Hula-Hoop class! All levels! Limited to 20 participants, so make sure to mark your calendar!

LaBlast & MORE!

Come join various instructors teaching this fun, energetic, cardio dance class which includes choreography from many different forms of dance. This class is easy to follow as it frees, builds, and unleashes the dancer in us all.

LaBlast®

Come join various instructors team-teaching this fun, energetic class which includes choreography based on all the dances you see on "Dancing with the Stars." This class frees, builds, and unleashes the dancer within. LaBlast® is structured and easy to learn but flexible enough for creativity.

OUTDOOR Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Sensuale’

Get in touch with your feminine side! This amazing “ladies only” workout incorporates rhythmic and sensual moves that will leave you sweating with satisfaction.
