An athletic, hard-core workout influenced by classical ballet barre.

BARRE Flow

A fun fusion of Barre and Yoga, this class combines dynamic Ballet, Pilates and traditional strength movements with a Vinyasa-Style Yoga flow to tone and lengthen your body while also improving posture and balance.

BARRE off the BARRE

Put your balance to the test in this barre class done WITHOUT the barre!  This unique, low-impact, high energy class combines traditional barre moves, light weights for upper body and standing core work that will sculpt glutes, legs, torso and arms and elongate the appearance of your body.

K.A.R.B. at the BARRE - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

 Combine your 2 favorite classes, K.A.R.B. and BARRE to develop a strong, lean physique.  This workout is designed to trim and tighten your core, glutes and legs and leave you with the results you've always dreamed about.  

Strong BARRE

Spice up your weight workout by incorporating the BARRE! In this creative new format, you will combine traditional upper body exercises using dumbbells with total body BARRE moves.
