Advanced Agile Aging

A level up from Agile Aging, the goal of this is to work on developing strength and agility on the floor. Whether you are in your 30s or 90s, this mid-intensity beginner-friendly class will help you develop strength and stability in your hands, shoulders, and core muscles so you can play with your kids & grandkids on the floor and get around in case of emergency with reduced pain. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Agile Aging without Agitation

Improved feet and hips are just what the doctor ordered. Whether you are in your 30s or 90s, this low-mid intensity beginner-friendly class will help you stabilize and strengthen your feet, knees, and hips so you can walk, run, and play sports with reduced pain. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Align and Define

Take the principles of Pilates to a whole new level...standing up! Improve your body alignment and posture with the use of tubing, magic circles and more. Strengthen your core and skeletal muscles in an upright position.

Athletic Development*

Personal Trainer Zane Zbranek incorporates a balanced development of all components of physical performance: strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and flexibility.

Boot Camp*

A great workout that involves jogging/walking and challenging circuit style training that involves body weight exercises as well as medicine ball, TRX, kettlebells, Rip trainer exercises and much much more. Many of the exercises involve core strengthening with the end goal being a stronger back and total body support system. Our goal is to burn as many calories as possible. Evolve

Evolve is the latest concept in group training lead by The Houstonian Club's finest personal trainers. Evolve is a unique class format that is every changing from month to month.

Each month the Evolve class will be led by a different personal trainer, in a different location, at a different time. One month you might find yourself in Studio 360 exercising on the TRX and power plate and the next month you might be using Kettlebells on the meadow, or burning fat performing circuit training in the fitness center. Whatever it is you’re guaranteed a world-class workout. Complimentary.

Fight Fit*

Fight to be fit! Mixed Martial Arts Training is the latest way to ramp up your workout. Experience real boxing techniques in an interval style format to build lean muscle, burn fat and increase your stamina like never before! You are a lean mean fighting machine. Fit Chicks – High School*

Fit Chicks - Junior High*

H21*

If you're ready to lose weight, get healthy and have fun without all the cooking and calorie counting, then H21 is for you. Members meet with our Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer during this program to keep you on track. Fee based.*

Junior Tri Class

The Junior TRI classes are offered to prepare your child for participating in a triathlon. Classes incorporate 30- minutes of biking, 30-minutes of running & 30-minutes of swimming. It’s a challenging yet fun workout led by our Tri Coach. Children as young as 6 may participate, however, these classes are not for the very beginner, especially in the swim. Your child must be able to swim 1 length freestyle and 1 length breast stroke in order to participate. We just want to make sure that all the children will receive the best and safest training in order to accomplish their goals.

KettleBell*

Lose excess fat and make massive gains in strength, speed and endurance using Russian Kettlebells, a traditional Russian cast iron weight - the number one exercise tool for strength and conditioning. For more information, call Sean Cashman at 713.263.6502. Fee based class.

Metabolic Burn Boot Camp*

Revolution Shape Up*

Revolution Shape Up is a 8 or 12 week fitness and weight management program that will combine strength and cardiovascular training with nutrition counseling. Combining these three disciplines will make your weight-control efforts much more effective. Please contact the Nutrition Department to enroll at 713.685.5945. Fee based class.

RIP FIT Boot Camp*

This is a 45-min group training that includes the use of Body weight, Kettle Bells, TRX, Rope, Bands, and agility exercises. RIP Fit is a circuit style workout with 10-13 exercises that are 30 seconds long, completed in 3 rounds within the 45 min time-frame. It’s a great workout for anyone who is training for a sport, trying to lose weight, or just working on overall fitness. Fee based class.

Run Strong

Run Strong is designed to improve your overall running performance through drills, tempo runs, track, hill, speed, and technique improvement. Meet in Club Lobby.

Run Strong Skills & Speed

After a warm up the class will include drills, basic intervals, hills and endurance runs. The workout is structured to improve your speed, technique and strength for running.

Ski-Fit*

Are you and your kids ready for the slopes this ski season? Stay injury-free and keep up with your kids and buddies by incorporating SKI Fit classes, individual training and specific programs for youth and adults. The programs are developed to specifically target core, legs, balance, endurance and agility.
