CSI (Cycle Strength Intervals)

Combine your Studio Cycling experience with challenging intervals of full body strengthening using the NEW Exerbar! Complete your cardio AND strength training in one fast, effective workout. (This new Cycle class is followed by our new Lengthen and Strengthen Stretch class!)

Cycle 360

Enhance your cycle workout by following it up with a 30-minute workout in Studio 360, free of charge for Cycle September! All participants in the 8:30 a.m. cycle class are invited to work out with Matt in Studio 360 from 9:30-10 a.m. on Thursdays.

Cycle and Strength

Our traditional Studio Cycle class now has upper body work! Pick up your light dumbbells for a few songs throughout class for basic arm exercises.

Cycle Basics

A modified ride combining all the elements of our varied cycle classes. You’ll experience moderate intensity climbs and sprints, timed drills, rhythmic moves to the music, and simple upper body conditioning using light hand weights. All this while enjoying great tunes from past and present. This class is open and accessible to all ages and levels, so come ride modified.

Cycle Bootcamp

Get your heart rate elevated with short intervals of hills and sprints on the bike and a variety of body weight exercises off the bike. Cardio, strength and quick transitions! Expect a new and exciting workout every time.

Get Ripped and Ride

A "one and done" class format consisting of timed intervals on and off the bike.  Alternate simple cycling drills on the bike with strength and endurance exercises performed on the mat.  This class flies by and provides a total body strength and cardio workout in just one hour!

Hammer Down

Train for the MS150 with our Hammerheads Captain, Lisa Rainey. We’ve added this class to the schedule from February and March to provide you with an extra class to get you ready for the race. Train like a Hammer!

HIIT & Run Cycle

An enhanced form of interval training on a bike, offering a variety of intervals including short intense HIIT style speed drills with longer endurance style standing “runs”, providing improved athletic conditioning with maximum fat burning.

Hot Wheels

Fast and furious, 30 minute condensed class focusing on proper use of RPM's and effective riding practices in and out of the saddle.

Indoor Cycle Experience (I.C.E.)

This cycle workout will take you on a journey along quiet country roads or down busy highways; you'll hear quiet orchestral music, and you'll get peppered with the latest pop hits. You'll be part of a group/class, but ultimately you're on a journey of self-discovery and your goals are personal. We encourage you to ride with a heart rate monitor and track your progress; we encourage you to breathe big, ride strong, never give up and delight in the tremendous gains our virtual ICE can give you on the real-road the next time you cycle!

IronSpin

Ride like an Ironman in this extended-length 80 minute high-intensity (no fluff!) workout that is a road cyclist's dream! Flat road speed drills and challenging climbs taught by a true Ironman will provide you with the ultimate calorie burn. (Late arrivals welcome)

Combining Great Music And Motivation, With An Awesome Calorie Burn, For A Total Mind/Body Blast.

Manic Monday - Love Tabata?

Work off your weekend fun in this challenging and fun cycle format that offers a Tabata set every other song!

MS150 Training Ride

The purpose of this indoor training ride is two fold. First and foremost, we want to ensure that you are in proper condition to complete the BP MS 150 and complete each training ride safely. Second, we want to ensure that you have a lot of fun before and during the ride to Austin and make a lot of new friends in the process.

One & Done

This unique Cycle class combines challenging cardio drills to improve speed and endurance with upper body strength and core training exercises using power bands, offering you a complete cardio and strength workout in one efficient 45 minute class! ONE workout and you are DONE for the day!

Outdoor Ride

Want to get in some miles on the road? Grab your bike and meet Karen at the picnic loop at Memorial Park. She will guide you through a challenging and fun workout at a pace that is comfortable for you. In the instance of inclement weather, class cancellations will be posted on our Group Ex and Cycling Facebook pages no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Power Hour

Come by the Cycle Studio at any time during Power Hour to load the TechnoGym MyWellness App into your smart phone, and to complete your Technogym Power Threshold Test so you can enter this information into the app to track your performance more accurately. The Power Threshold Test takes approximately 20 minutes.

Rhythm Ride

A one of a kind, exhilarating experience and amazing workout! Let the rhythm of the music lead you through this non-technical, beat-based ride. Perform fun, but simple upper body movements and choreography on the bike and top it all off by using light weights to maximize your calorie burn and add to the fun!
