30/30 Reformer Suspension Pilates*

 
We combine muscle lengthening, core targeting and fluid sequences on the Reformer with just the right amount of creativity and 'push your limits' moves on the high intensity TRX Suspension Trainer.  Designed for all levels this class helps encourage balance, build muscular strength to create long lean lines in your body.  Be prepared to work hard, see results and leave feeling empowered to do more.

Barre Blast*

Barre Blast is a heart-pumping, low-impact barre routine sequences together cardio-blocks for high intensity interval training. Fee based class.

Barre Blend

The perfect challenging "blend" of barre work and pilates-based strength and core exercises with specific focus on abs, thighs and buns for the lower body combined with light weight work for a sleek upper body. (Intermediate-Advanced)

Burst* $45 - REGISTER THRU APP

Our HIIT version of the signature Synergy class.  This cardio class will utilize the Pilates reformer and Versa climber to take you through drills and push you to your max. Use the music to get into your zone! No reformer experience needed.

Cardio BARRE

Classic barre moves for the seat and thighs combined with light hand weights for upper body strengthening.  This class will focus on larger movements and quicker transitions to increase cardio and calorie burn.

Classic Pilates

Learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates while developing core strength and flexibility. This is a high intermediate/advanced class. Modifications offered.

Classic Pilates & Props

Learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates while developing core strength and flexibility. This is a high intermediate/advanced class that will incorporate props with every exercise. Modifications offered.

Classical Pilates Reformer* - $35

Join Pilates Instructors, in a small group setting to learn the basics on the Reformer. These classes are best for those who have never had experience in the Pilates Studio before or are looking to re-visit the fundamentals. Each class will strengthen the foundations of breath, awareness, alignment and overall understanding of Pilates”

Flex, Flow & Fly*

Our unique creative workout is inspired by movement art and will allow your body to soar into another dimension of physical strength. Flex, Flow and Fly is our version of Aerial Art – blending Pilates and Gyrotonic

Gyrokinesis®

Originally called “Yoga for Dancers,” the GYROKINESIS® method is the mat version of the GYROTRONIC® system. Perform rhythmic, undulating movements on the chair and mat that stimulate the body’s internal organs and integrate corresponding breathing patterns. Enjoyed by fitness enthusiast of every level; for the yogi and dancer in us all!

Hardcore Pilates

The ultimate Pilates challenge for our experienced participants. Increase stamina, core strength and flexibility by performing advanced exercises.

MiniBARRE - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

A 45-minute condensed version of our signature BARRE BLEND class, focusing on lower body (leg) work at the barre, combined with Pilates-based strength work. Plyometric options will be offered to add an intense cardio element combined with bodyweight resistance exercises to create a sleek upper body.

OUTDOOR Contemporary Pilates - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

OUTDOOR Foam Roller Pilates

Challenge your core and balance in this unique contemporary Pilates class.  Perform traditional Pilates Mat and Reformer exercises on the foam roller and incorporate new creative exercises that strengthen and lengthen muscles you never knew you had!

OUTDOOR Pilates Portable Tower Unit Class*

Enhance your Pilates workout utilizing springs, bars, and handles on convenient mobile tower unit.

Pilates Basics

Ease into Pilates with gentle stretching and core strengthening exercises to improve your flexibility as you learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates. Beginner level (All levels welcome).

Our ideal Pilates challenge for experienced participants. Tighten, tone, lengthen and strengthen your entire body by performing Core Control’s advanced exercises.
