360 Combo*

"Shake it up” and experience all three modalities in one 60 minute session! Instructor will direct participants through a variety of exercises utilizing the Power Plate, Kinesis Wall and TRX station.

360 HIIT*

Rev up your workout and burn maximum calories with this 45 minute high intensity class where you are guided through a variety of strength and cardio exercises utilizing the Power Plate, Kinesis, TRX, Versa Climber, Concept 2 Rower, Marpo Rope Pull, Technogym Skillmill, ViPR and more!

360 X-press*

An abbreviated version of the 360 Combo class utilizing all three modalities, conveniently delivered in a time-efficient 30 minute session.

360 Youth Sports Training *

Gain Speed, Power and Agility with specific drills to enhance overall performance in our small group Studio 360 youth training classes. Your young athlete will develop the proper exercise techniques, discipline and endurance required to pursue long term sports performance programming while staying injury free. Ages 8-13 *Fee based class.  $40 per training session.

Straight Up Cardio 360*

 style full body workout with a focus on cardio using all of the modalities in the studio.
