Class Descriptions - Cardio

 

40x45

A HIIT format that provides a TOTAL BODY workout in 45 minutes. It will take you through 40 different & distinct exercises with upper body, lower body, core and cardio elements. Each work interval is 45 seconds with a 15 second rest period.

A-lotta Tabata

Time flies in this fast-paced class which combines the Tabata Protocol (short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by brief rest, repeated several times for a timed interval) with additional strength and cardio intervals for a challenging, efficient full-body workout.

Bench and Box

Perform creative, choreographed moves on the bench combined with challenging kickboxing combinations on the floor. All levels.

Body Blast Circuit - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The ulitmate intense, high-energy, challenging but FUN circuit class! Get pushed to your limits with different exercises each week that build muscle, burn calories and change your body

BOSU Blast

This high energy cardio class takes you through simple and creative exercises utilizing the BOSU and small dumbbells.  Improve core-stabilization and overall cardio and strength in this total body workout.  All levels.

Boxing & BARRE

This class format takes you to the next level by guiding you through traditional ballet moves and also incorporates Pilates and boxing. This class will help you activate new muscles! While taking place at the barre, class will shift between slow leg work that improves balance, leans muscles, and strengthens joints to an intense arm work that builds strong arms, shoulders, helps increases power, and gets your heart pumping.

Bungee

Come and fly with our instructors for a low impact and fun experience. This class focuses on plyometrics, aerobic cardio, and resistance training that will help your muscles maximize their force all without the pain. This class is fun and high energy, come and take flight!

A challenging, traditional circuit-style cardio and strength class that utilizes minimal equipment with maximum results.

Cardio Kickbox

A fast-paced, high energy blend of kicks and punches using heavy punching bags.

High energy workout of kickboxing drills and combinations incorporating heavy bags.

Cardio Tai Box

Is a high energy blend of kicks & punches set to upbeat music. It is the perfect combination of boxing & cardiovascular training.

CardioCore*

Max calorie burn utilizing beat drills to music on the versa climber for cardio and total body muscular endurance. Mixing active recovery intervals and core training for rock hard abs and a strong healthy back.

Cardioga

Combines traditional fitness moves, balance and yoga poses with a cardio edge to create a complete, total body workout for a lean body.

Core Motion

A non-stop cardio workout using a medicine ball that emphasizes functional movement, fat-burning and core strength.

Cross 360*

Compare your fitness level with others and compete with yourself by varying workouts such as short, high intensity, time limits, task completion and anaerobic threshold. Fee based class.

Dance Tone

Every class feels like a party in this innovative dance fitness class.  Dance Tone focuses on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. You will be exposed to various styles of dance and top hits currently played on the radio.

Dirty Thirty - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Dirty Thirty is a simple, effective, Tabata-style cardio workout consisting of three 10 minute rounds of exercises utilizing a variety of basic equipment. Get down and dirty in thirty minutes, in this intense (but adaptable) workout designed for men and women of all fitness levels.

Double Bag Drills

Two bags are better than one!  Double the fun in this action-packed, drill-based kickboxing class.  Take simple kick and punch drills and put them on 2 bags at once to intensify the moves, add to the fun and provide the ultimate total body workout.

Drill Max

An intense and athletic cardio class that challenges you in a different way every time you take it! Be prepared to use a variety of ALL cardio & strength equipment.
