Camp 111: Cheerleading & Dance (Ages 7-12)*

Become the captain of your cheerleading squad quicker than your friends. Camp 111 will provide you with top notch skills in forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and even some stunting that will make your friends jealous. Learn a routine that will shoot you to the top. Cardio BARRE

Classic barre moves for the seat and thighs combined with light hand weights for upper body strengthening.  This class will focus on larger movements and quicker transitions to increase cardio and calorie burn.

Cardio Basics

Perform various types of low impact cardio to strengthen your heart and keep you fit!

Cardio Bounce

Progressive, fun, and challenging cardio drills using the Rebounders that start at 1 min each and cut down to 30 sec to flow together by the end of class. Great for all fitness levels and anyone looking for non-impact cardio.

Cardio Box & Core

Simple choreographed boxing moves and traditional core exercises.

Cardio Circuit

A challenging, traditional circuit-style cardio and strength class that utilizes minimal equipment with maximum results.

Cardio Hip Hop

Get ready to step up and step into Cardio Hip Hop! A fun and effective way to get your heart pumping. This high-impact cardio workout engages the entire body, increases stamina and helps you build muscle tone while moving and grooving to fun hip hop jams. No dance experience needed!

Cardio Hip-Hop

This class combines a great cardio workout with fun dance steps to the Hip-Hop beat! Hip-Hop steps will be introduced and combined with cardio moves for a fun, energetic dance/workout experience!

Cardio Kickbox

A fast-paced, high energy blend of kicks and punches using heavy punching bags.

Cardio Kickbox - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

High energy workout of kickboxing drills and combinations incorporating heavy bags.

Cardio Tai Box

Is a high energy blend of kicks & punches set to upbeat music. It is the perfect combination of boxing & cardiovascular training.

Cardio Tennis 3.0 and Up*

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you ought to try Cardio Tennis. For level 3.0 and up. Fee based class. 

Cardio Tennis*

High energy, fast paced drills for beginner, intermediate and advanced players. It includes a warm-up, cardio workout and skill sharpening drills. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and burn calories come join. Fee based class.

CardioCore*

Max calorie burn utilizing beat drills to music on the versa climber for cardio and total body muscular endurance. Mixing active recovery intervals and core training for rock hard abs and a strong healthy back.

Cardioga

Combines traditional fitness moves, balance and yoga poses with a cardio edge to create a complete, total body workout for a lean body.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle style of practice that uses a chair as support for different postures. This class aims to provide all the benefits of a regular practice by cultivating awareness through meditation, breath work, and functional movements all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. Chaturanga: Beginner Shoulder Conditioning

Chaturanga Dandasana is an essential pose in the Sun Salutation sequence commonly practiced in yoga classes. While the benefits of Chaturanga are many, proper alignment and technique are crucial to avoid shoulder and wrist injuries. Come take a dive with me into this pose using props, modifications, and visual and kinesthetic feedback. Together we’ll move safely and mindfully through Chaturanga Dandasana.
