BONUS Yoga Power

Push it. Work it. Yoga Power classes are challenging strength building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. This physically-intense practice moves at a steady pace through classical yoga poses to create a fluid, creative and energizing experience. Come with previous yoga experience and count on leaving with a sweaty sense of energy and empowerment.

This is a BONUS class and does not count towards the daily class reservation limit.

BONUS Yoga Stretch

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice of simple shapes and plenty of space for breath and being.

This is a BONUS class and does not count towards the daily class reservation limit.

BONUS Yoga Therapy

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice to recapture healthy range of motion in joints and create healthy stability.  No prior yoga experience needed.

Boot Camp*

A great workout that involves jogging/walking and challenging circuit style training that involves body weight exercises as well as medicine ball, TRX, kettlebells, Rip trainer exercises and much much more. Many of the exercises involve core strengthening with the end goal being a stronger back and total body support system. Our goal is to burn as many calories as possible. A unique, fun skill-building program designed specifically for 2 to 4 year olds. Fee based program.*

BOSU Blast

This high energy cardio class takes you through simple and creative exercises utilizing the BOSU and small dumbbells.  Improve core-stabilization and overall cardio and strength in this total body workout.  All levels.

Boxing & BARRE

This class format takes you to the next level by guiding you through traditional ballet moves and also incorporates Pilates and boxing. This class will help you activate new muscles! While taking place at the barre, class will shift between slow leg work that improves balance, leans muscles, and strengthens joints to an intense arm work that builds strong arms, shoulders, helps increases power, and gets your heart pumping.

Breathe, Move & Flow

Breathe, Move & Flow coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. While addressing the entire body, energy pathways are opened , the nervous system is stimulated, and strength is created through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.
When we mindfully allow the breath to guide your movements, the effect of the breath on the spine and the muscles that support it is maximized.

Bungee

Come and fly with our instructors for a low impact and fun experience. This class focuses on plyometrics, aerobic cardio, and resistance training that will help your muscles maximize their force all without the pain. This class is fun and high energy, come and take flight!

Burn Baby Burn

Classic Fat Burner movements (low and slow) with fresh low impact combinations, resulting in a powerful, effective blend of core strengthening, muscle conditioning, and calorie burning.

Burn Baby Burn TO THE MAX

A longer, more intense version of our Burn Baby Burn class format.

Burn the Bird Bootcamp

Burn the turkey off with this ultimate intense, high-energy, challenging but FUN circuit class! Get pushed to your limits with different exercises each week that build muscle, burn calories and change your body

Our HIIT version of the signature Synergy class.  This cardio class will utilize the Pilates reformer and Versa climber to take you through drills and push you to your max. Use the music to get into your zone! No reformer experience needed.

BYO-Body (Bring Your Own Body)

No equipment is necessary for this intense core workout! You will be amazed at how quickly you find out where your strengths and weaknesses are, just by utilizing your own body weight and strength! It's a simple but challenging workout; it's a voyage of self-discovery as you develop a connection with your own personal core strength.

Caliente’

If you like Zumba, you’ll LOVE Caliente’! Come feel the Latin beat in this fun, energizing dance class that will leave you exhilarated and wanting more!

Calorie Counter

Get ready to burn calories in this simple, but effective cardio class.  Calorie Counter will consist of 9 exercises in one-minute block and each round we remove 1 exercise.  Enjoy a mix of tabata style cardio exercises, core drills and body weight strength training.  Minimal equipment.

Camp 111 Basketball: Ages 7-12*

This camp will provide each child with fundamental knowledge of cheerleading & tumbling skills (forward rolls, backwards rolls, cartwheels, & stunting. For more information call 713.263.6595. Fee based camp.
