Body By Breath Master Class* $55/$45

Your breath’s motion is your body’s primal life rhythm. Your breath shapes your body as well as your mental "shape” and outlook. Body By Breath gives you newfound ways of harvesting the muscular, fascial and neural power that drive respiration and put you in the driver’s seat of self-regulation.  
 

In this masterclass, practice with master presenter and industry leader Jill Miller and you will:

·      Visit three breath zones within your body to unleash a cascade of regeneration and rest
·      Tour the vast landscape of breath/fascia interfaces 
·      Illuminate the vagus nerve and ignite a symphony of relaxation.

Body in Motion

This 30 minute workout will have you moving through the water at various speeds and tempos. Different pieces of equipment will be used to for added resistance, core challenge and balance. Water shoes are recommended.

BONUS Foundations of Yoga: Standing Poses

For the month of February, explore traditional standing poses like Warrior 2, Triangle, and Extended Side Angle. Learn the basics and how to harness the power of these postures to open and strengthen your body.

In this 2 hour workshop, we look at what balance is by trying to balance objects in surprising ways. We then apply those insights to balancing our bodies in all the weird positions life throws at us.

BONUS Fast Flow

Move and groove to great music in a fast-pace flow workout!  Be guided through the challenging postures and fire-stoking flows to sweat yourself to calm.

BONUS Functional Mobility

A great class for the avid exerciser or individuals striving to improve functional daily movements or post rehab. Gain functional mobility and strength through unloaded end range isometric contractions and controlled articular rotations (CARs). The majority of the class is performed prone or supine on the mat and will help identify asymmetries and target weak muscles. Take a break from the office chair and join us!

BONUS Journey Into Present Moment Awareness* $450/Member

The quality of our experience is determined by the quality of our emotional condition.  This is a 10-week process. With the help of 10 conscious response phrases, one for each week, we progressively build deeper present moment awareness, guiding us from Pre-tense more and more into Presence. The results will show in your life, in your workouts, in your relationships - ultimately leading to a healthier, happier, more peaceful YOU.

BONUS Sunset Yoga on the Beach

Revive your yoga with a fresh dose of sand, sea, and sun(set)! Move through a moderate & physically-distanced outdoor yoga practice with a guided relaxation on the privately-accessed beach of Point West. Optional connection time at the end.

In this practice of silence and stillness, be guided into present-moment awareness.  Leave feeling refreshed.  Beginner-friendly.

Roll away your aches & pains! Use a variety of therapy balls and relevant techniques to target tight spots that need regular maintenance and attention for better performance. All levels.

BONUS Yin Yoga

Hold mostly sitting poses for 2 - 5 minutes to transform joint fluids and connective tissue from static to dynamic or something like from dried pasta to cooked pasta. Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to runners, swimmers and anyone with tight hips and hamstrings.

BONUS Yoga Body

A well-rounded, moderately-physical hatha yoga practice that will lightly warm you up and stretch you out while beginning to train your body for more advanced work. Includes classical yoga asanas such as sun salutations, standing poses, arm and leg balances and more. Most appropriate for active beginners and the next level up from Yoga Therapy and Yoga Stretch. No prior yoga experience needed.  This is a BONUS class and does not count towards the daily class reservation limit.

BONUS Yoga for Complete Beginners

Yoga for Complete Beginners welcomes all levels - complete and total beginners can start here! Hop on the mat and explore the basics poses with this 40-minute practice! Enjoy, stay mindful and find what feels good. BONUS: This class does not count towards your daily class reservation limit.

BONUS Yoga for Runners

Run smarter and recover quicker with this short 40-minute practice, tending to the body parts most impacted by running: hamstrings, hips, and IT bands. Support both MIND and BODY for a healthy and sustainable running or jogging routine.

BONUS Yoga on the Meadow

Enjoy practicing an all-levels, fun and friendly yoga class outdoors!

Bring your own mat; towels provided. Walk-ins welcomed.
