Youth Basketball (Ages 8-12)*

Ready to get ahead of your competition and dribble circles around them? The Houstonian’s Youth Basketball will give you the skills to pass, shout, dribble and rebound like an NBA All-Star. Coach Dimitrios Carter relays all around basketball skills in a way that any child would understand. For ages 8-12. For more information please call 713.263.6595. Fee based class.

Youth Boxing (ages 5 - 7)

A total body workout while learning boxing skills. Children will work on hand eye coordination, footwork, endurance and strength in a fun and challenging class.

Youth Cheerleading and Tumbling*

Become the captain of your cheerleading squad quicker than your friends. The Houstonian’s Cheerleading and Tumbling Class will provide you with top notch skills in forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and even some stunting that will make your friends jealous. Youth Fit & Fearless Self - Defense Camp*

Learn life skills that will help with real world situations. Classes will be active and informative with practical skills to keep them safe.

A blend of Filipino, Chinese, Indonesian and Japanese martial arts. The class will focus on conditioning, form training and discipline. A Parent or Guardian is required to be present.

easy-to-learn game that is played on a tennis court. Pickleball is fun for players of all ages and activity levels.

becoming one of the great soccer players of your day? The Houstonian Club’s youth soccer class teaches you the necessary
techniques and know-how to become one of the greatest. Passing, dribbling, shooting and game situations will put you ahead
of the curve.

This is the place for you. The Houstonian Club's youth yoga class teaches children to build
their strength from within and to gracefully flow from one yoga pose to the next.

Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
