BARRE Flow

A fun fusion of Barre and Yoga, this class combines dynamic Ballet, Pilates and traditional strength movements with a Vinyasa-Style Yoga flow to tone and lengthen your body while also improving posture and balance.

BARRE off the BARRE

Put your balance to the test in this barre class done WITHOUT the barre!  This unique, low-impact, high energy class combines traditional barre moves, light weights for upper body and standing core work that will sculpt glutes, legs, torso and arms and elongate the appearance of your body.

Basketball Exercise

Fun, non-competitive basketball exercise.

Basketball, Conditioning & Swim Camp - Ages 5-12*

This camp will provide your child with the knowledge of the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing and shooting a basketball;
speed, agility and quickness of sports conditioning, proper technique and conditioning for swimming. Fee based camp. For more information please call 713.685.7911.

Basketball, Football & Swim Camp*

This camp will provide your child with the knowledge of the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing and shooting a basketball;

Beat Climb* $30/Per Person

Climb to the beat in this intense cardio workout on the Versa climber. Let the music drive you as we take you through upper and lower body drills for a full body workout.

Beginner 2.0 to 2.5 Ladies Tennis Clinic*

These classes are for the ladies that are just picking up a racquet up to a 2.5 level. The class focus is on teaching basics from positioning on the court, grips, serving, volleys, introduction to doubles play and keeping score. Beginner Basketball (Age 6)*

This class is specifically for beginners (age 6) that want to learn more about the basics of basketball over the course of 6 weeks. They will be working on hand-eye coordination, ball control, dribbling, and form.

Beginner Flow

For those interested in dipping their toes into the world of flow where participants move from yoga pose to yoga pose in sync with the breath.  Start with a basic 2-pose sequence and experience how moving with the breath can both energize and soothe the soul.

Beginner/Intermediate Co-Ed Tennis Clinic*

These classes are for the men and women who are just picking up a racquet up to intermediate level players. Bench and Box

Perform creative, choreographed moves on the bench combined with challenging kickboxing combinations on the floor. All levels.

Better Body Bootcamp

Build muscle and burn fat in this fast-paced, high intensity bootcamp class. Utilizing a combination of plyometrics, agility work, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and stretching this class will improve conditioning, strength, coordination and flexibility. This class has been thoughtfully designed to elevate heart rates and subsequently lower stress and maintain energy levels throughout the day.

Blindfolded Yoga

Close your eyes to wake up! Through the use of a blindfold, you tap into your innermost potential to practice the yoga poses, thus reaching a meditational state. Not having any visual reference point sharpens your clarity of mind and opens you to new realms of reality. The slow and simple practice is beginner-friendly yet challenging.

Bring your own scarf, bandana, or eye mask to wear for the practice or use one of the provided bandanas.
