Flow though a warming and invigorating vinyasa yoga practice incorporating intention-setting, breath, movement and strengthening poses.  After the physical practice, experience a full-body sensory journey that intentionally uses the pure tones of the crystal bowls to slow the brain waves and shift into a more relaxed state.  Leave feeling balanced and restored.

ViPR Training*

Get bit by the dynamic and functional movement patterns of the Vipr. It may look like a humble rubber tube, but ViPR ("viper”) is an extremely effective training tool. Virtually indestructible and incredibly functional, ViPR has already made its mark in gyms, in instructor circles and in the media.
ViPR is designed to:
• Provide an effective, whole-body workout
• Build muscle and burn calories through strength, functional movement training and cardio blasts.
• Be lifted, dragged, thrown, stepped on – and pretty much any movement you can think of
• Be safe as it’s made from rubber
• Be suitable for all ages and abilities, with weights ranging from 4kg to 20kg

ViPRow

A 45-minute high intensity interval style workout utilizing some of the most innovative equipment available in the industry. This class combines the full-body cardio challenge of the Indo-Row® water rower, with the strength and core conditioning of the ViPR® cylinder, and the balance and reactivity training of the Core-Tex® rotating disc. Long, progressive intervals using each of these modalities will provide a total-body workout with maximum metabolic expenditure.

This next-level calisthenics workout gives you a full-body sculpt by building superior strength, flexibility, and agility.
 
By incorporating gymnastics-inspired movements and apparatuses, this program allows you to level up your workout through intelligent core engagement. 

Volleyball

This one hour session focuses on conditioning, skill development, and volleyball game fundamentals for the competitive athlete. For ages 9 years and up.

Voyager Cardio Core & More

A gentle 10 minute rhythmic limbering cardio warm up followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning exercises using attached resist-a-bands, and 10 minutes of seated core exercises leading to a relaxing cool down.

Voyager Socials

Hosted by the Voyagers, but open to all members this monthly get together provides time to relax and visit with friends. Some months will include a guest speaker, in an informal setting, to discuss topics of interest. No reservation needed, just stop by. Light refreshments served. Voyagers Tennis Program

The Voyagers Tennis Program is a chance to get out and meet new friends in the 60 plus age range.  The level of the voyagers program is intermediate and up.  The format is open doubles play.

Walk Your Posture

Participants will focus on building core strength and posture using water resistance and water gear in this shallow water. Water shoes are recommended.

Water Fitness Ab-literation

Start your weekend off  with this fun, challenging water fitness class designed to strengthen your core and abs.  

Water Fitness AquaFit

Overall fitness—Cardio, Core, Balance, Coordination, Agility, Flexibility and Strength/Resistance Training—in the water.

Water Fitness Deep Water

Build core strength and endurance in the challenging deep water workout using Aqua-joggers, water-barbells and other equipment. All levels of fitness welcome.

Water Fitness GAIT Training

Step it up with this challenging tethered GAIT training class using intervals and challenging equipment.

Water Fitness HIIT IT!

High Intensity Interval Training should be an essential part of everyone's exercise routines.  Utilizing short bursts of intense exercises with low-intensity recovery periods, Water Fitness HIIT will help your endurance, strength and your body's ability to actively recover during exercise.
