TRUE Tabata

We’ve all tried tabata, but have you really tried doing TRUE tabata? Prepare to be pushed to your limits to reveal your true potential in this creative, but challenging tabata class. After a quick warm-up, you will complete 20 minutes of true, non-stop, high-intensity tabata, followed by 4 minutes of core work. After the first 30 minute class, work up to being able to do both classes back-to-back!

TRX

Its amazing what you can do with just one piece of equipment! Get ready for an intense strength, stability and cardio workout utilizing the TRX straps.  The unique training capabilities on the TRX system allow you to work multiple body parts simultaneously, providing a total body workout and challenging the core the entire time. All fitness levels are welcome.

TRX Group Suspension Training*

TRX® Group Suspension Training® harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. This is a total body workout like you have never experienced before. The unique training capabilities on the TRX system allow you to work multiple body parts simultaneously; providing a total body workout, working core strength through the entire time. TRX HIIT

TRX mixed with core work, dumbbell exercises and high intensity body weight intervals for a complete and diverse total body workout.

TRX Shred

A mix of lengthening, strengthening TRX suspension moves interspersed with total-body muscle moves using dumbbells. You’ll sculpt, sweat and stretch in this amazing workout! All levels welcome. If you’re never tried, TRX, come give it a shot!

TRX Strength & Stretch

Use the TRX suspension training straps to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  TRX works your body in a whole new way by leveraging gravity and the user's body weight to complete exercises.

TRXpress - Capacity: 15 Max

Our 30 minute Xpress version of TRX.  The unique training capabilities on the TRX system allow you to work multiple body parts simultaneously, providing a total body workout and challenging the core the entire time. All fitness levels are welcome.  Be prepared to burn calories and have fun!

Turbulent Waters Tethered

Get ready for a high intensity, calorie burning, deep water workout. We’ll focus on form and speed while moving the water around you to create more turbulence.

Turkey Burn

Burn the turkey off with this ultimate intense, high-energy, challenging but FUN circuit class! Get pushed to your limits with different exercises each week that build muscle, burn calories and change your body

Ugi Pilates

Ugi Pilates utilizes the Ugi ball to provide mindful functional training that promotes performance and body awareness – improving the way you sit, walk, look and feel.

UgiCircuit

Experience the dynamic Ugi ball in addition to other modalities in this traditional circuit class for all levels that will jumpstart your cardio and calorie burn.

UgiFit

U got it. Show it off!  UgiFit is the ultimate 45-minute workout using a pliable weighted ball that combines strength, cardio and core training.  Become functionally fit in this fun, challenging and stylish class.  45 minutes, 45 exercises.  Come get UgiFit!

Ultimate Conditioning - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

A high intensity interval workout consisting of hi/lo combinations and total body resistance segments.

Ultimate Frisbee

Combining the athletic endurance of soccer, the pivoting skills of basketball and the passing skills of football, ultimate Frisbee is an entertaining, competitive cardio workout! All levels of ability are welcome to join this energetic program to burn some extra calories and enjoy physical activity outside! Must be 18 years old to participate. Complementary.

Urban Rebounding

Stop running and start jumping into shape!  Challenge your cardio in this fast-paced, high energy, high intensity class on a mini trampoline. Be prepared to bounce your way to a higher fitness level and endurance.  Intermediate-Advanced.

Versa Climber Cardio & Core*

Max calorie burn utilizing beat drills to music on the versa climber for cardio and total body muscular endurance. Mixing active recovery intervals and core training for rock hard abs and a strong healthy back.

Video RoadRide

This tough cadence-based cycle class includes drills, climbs & sprints plus motivating music videos to power you to the finish line!

Video Swim Clinic*

Stroke analysis filming above and below water from several angles to give swimmers visual and verbal feedback on their stroke technique along with tips for improvement. Take Rhythm Ride to the MAX. This class is a full out PARTY ON THE BIKE! Get ready to be fully entertained with Music Videos, energetic and current music, fun and creative movements on the bike and upper body work with light weights. The ultimate cycle experience!
