Throwback Tuesdays

Remember how cycle classes started? "Back row stand up, Front row sprint". Re-live those fun classes with Leslie for the month of September. Join her for old skool cycle games and class participation. Have fun AND get a great workout!

Toddler Basketball and Tennis*

The basketball portion of this clinic will provide your child with the knowledge of the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, & shooting. The tennis portion of the clinic will provide your child with the knowledge of the fundamentals of tennis by improving hand-eye coordination, developing proper technique, gaining quickness of footwork, building confidence, following directions and accelerating learning. This is a fee based class. 

Total Body Band

A 45 minute full body workout utilizing nothing but bands. This workout incorporates the use of various bands and versa loops to give you a solid resistance workout that keeps you coming back for more!

Total Body Stretch

Using various forms of stretching such as Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, PNF, and more we’ll focus on range of motion, balance and core stabilization. This is a mind and body workout. Water shoes are recommended.

Training Wheels

An introduction to the Houstonian Club Indoor Cycling Program, including bike set-up, specific instruction for proper form and technique for indoor cycling, and a sampling of each Cycle format on our Group Exercise Schedule. This introductory class will help you choose which Houstonian Club Cycle class is the best fit for you!

Tred & Shred*

Whether you're a runner, walker or just like a good workout…Tred & Shred will deliver! Instructors will create their own unique combination of drills on the treadmill and on the floor for a total-body cardio and strength experience. The TRED section will challenge your endurance as you grit through sprints, climbs, steady paces and even power walking, based on your personal fitness level. Floor exercises are limitless and can include anything from burpees to bicep curls. Tricky Arm Balances Workshop

Curious about getting into arm balances and where you can go with them?  Join in to roast, toast, and identify key muscles needed for fun yet tricky arm balance poses and their transitions. This workshop is for those with an emerging-to-established arm balance practice.  Leave feeling stronger with a new understanding of where they can take you in your yoga practice!
