A quick, guided therapy ball session to roll-out and revive your tightest areas!  This week, we'll gently knead into all aspects of our ABDOMEN to relieve tension and increase ease, mobility and sense of well-being.  All balls provided.  Beginner-friendly.

Misha takes you through a gentle full body lymphatic massage. Lymph is a special distillation of cells and fluids that act as a network to keep you free from harmful microbes. This class will help you map and mobilize your lymph so that you can become your own best immune booster.
