SwimFit - The Mighty Mile

In every class there will be a one mile challenge, whether it will be a straight time trial or a set or sets that add up to a mile, you will do a mile of fast swimming. It may be broken in different ways with recovery mixed in, but the goal will be better pacing and increasing your aerobic threshold. Great for all swimming levels and triathletes, you will test yourself every few weeks to see your overall mile time drop. Watch your fitness level improve, set and reach goals while having fun.

SwimFit Beginner and Triathlete

This class focuses on the skills and drills beginners and triathletes need to be better swimmers.

SwimFit Distance

This class focuses on distance (longer swims at a moderate pace with low rest, mostly freestyle). 

SwimFit IM/Mid Distance

This class focuses on middle distance (medium length sets, higher speed, multiple strokes and higher rest).

SwimFit Mid Distance

This class focuses on middle distance (medium length sets, higher speed, multiple strokes and higher rest).

SwimFit Mid Distance/Sprints

This class focuses on middle distance (medium length sets, higher speed, multiple strokes and higher rest) and sprint work.

SwimFit SwimTek

 Perfect you swim technique while building endurance and improving speed in this 55-minute swim workout.

Swim-X Total Fitness*

Swim-X Total Fitness is an all-in-one full-body workout including swimming, kicking, pulling, sprint and endurance. Workouts include personalized technique breakdowns, interval training with monthly benchmark workouts (to track progress), in-pool demonstrations and weekly swim tips or articles through email. Reservations recommended. There is a limit of 8 swimmers per class. Fee based class.

Synergy* $45/Per Person

Our Signature Synergy Studio class. We have combined the Pilates reformer and Versa climber to create a class that will challenge your cardio, coordination and flexibility. This class is choreographed to the music to create cohesion, motivate and push the tempo. Prior reformer experience is highly recommended.

Tabata Shred

A fun, effective, high intensity, metabolic conditioning workout and integrates all of the most progressive exercise science techniques used by world-class athletes into one program.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi utilizes the mind, breath and fluid, spiraling motions through a sequence of movements called Forms to harness, circulate and store chi or life energy. Each week, our Tai Chi classes focus on a different segment of Wu Style Slow Form. Wu Style is small frame Tai Chi where the movements are smaller and shorter to minimize the impact on joints while still providing exercise for the body and mind.  All levels are welcomed!

Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health is a mind body practice that combines martial movement with intention and deep breathing. It is considered a "metarobic” exercise that can reduce stress, enhance sleep, help the body function effectively and combat a variety of ills. In this class we will warm up with a qi gong set, practice tai chi movement and sequencing and close with meditation. This class is excellent for beginners as well as experienced tai chi practitioners.

Teen 360*

Workouts for teens. These can be sport-specific, or for teens who are new to fitness. Classes cover injury prevention, corrective movement patterns, cardio coaching, and general nutrition information provided by Houstonian Dietician. For more information call 713.685.7971. Fee based class.

TEEN Bootcamp (ages 13 - 19)

A HIIT-style workout with tabatas, plyometric drills and whole body strength work.

TEEN Cross Training Fitness

This class incorporates cardiovascular endurance, strength training and flexibility exercises specifically designed for TEENS.
