Summer Padel, Swimming & Tennis Camp*

This Program is from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The first portion of the camp from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. is held on the padel court along with a dip in the pool for the kids to cool off prior to joining in on the Summer Junior Tennis Extended Camp. The children will learn how to play padel which is the fastest growing racquet sport in the world and a perfect complement to tennis. The skills learned on the padel court are the same skills that the children will learn on the tennis court. This is a great opportunity to learn two new sports of a lifetime. Fee based class. Summer Slam*

Improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, and overall basketball knowledge.
Ages. 7 - 11

Fee Based - $125 weekly, $60 daily

Summer Tennis Extended Camp*

The Summer Junior Tennis Extended Camp can either be taken separately from 12 - 2 p.m., or for the children that desire to do the Summer Tennis camp from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and stay longer to get in more tennis until 2 p.m. Even if they are picking up the racquet for the first time, it is never too late to begin learning a sport of a lifetime. Student that stay for this program are generally under 10 years old. Your child will be properly sized to the racquet needed as well as the type of quickstart tennis ball so that they can learn quickly how to rally and have fun. They will be doing specific drills, playing actual games to learn the scoring system and fun tennis games as well to teach fun competition. Fee based camp. Sunrise Yoga Body on the Meadow!

Savor the sunrise with this well-rounded, moderately-physical hatha yoga practice that will warm you up and stretch you out. No prior yoga experience needed for active beginners. 

On the Meadow by the flagpole!
Bring your own mat, towel, water and anything else you may need.

Sunset Sound Journey

A Sound Journey is an immersive, full-body listening and sensory experience that uses tones to nurture your body and mind. Add sounds of nature to the healing vibrations of Farida’s alchemy sound bowls to invite brain waves to slow and shift to a more relaxed state.  Participants are welcome to float on pool noodles in the pool or rest on nearby lounge chairs. Leave feeling rejuvenated.

SUP Stretch + Float*

Wind down and stretch out on paddle boards in this very beginner-friendly experience. Shift into weekend-mode surrounded by the calming sounds of water and nature. Swim- or water-friendly athletic-wear recommended.

Swim -N- Slim

Learn the benefits of stretching in the water and how to create a high-calorie burning swim workout. Class mates will help each other with exercise accountability. Participants will have fun learn proper swim technique, breathing timing, turns and various ways to use the water for exercise. You must be able to swim one length of the Sports Pool without assistance but it does not have to be pretty-We will fix that for you. September through November.

SwimBikeRun

Ever think about doing a Triathon? Now is your chance with SwimBikeRun! Challenge yourself with all 3 or pick and choose with Karen as she leads you on a 30-minute freestyle swim, 45-minute spin class and a 3-6 mile run to Memorial Park and back. All fitness levels welcome. Transition times between classes approx. 20-minutes.

SwimFit - Calorie Burn

Swim and per-burn your holiday calories with Charlie Fry. All Levels of fitness welcome. 

SwimFit - Challenge Set

This swim workout will consist of a main "challenge set" that will push your limits. The challenge set will vary from workout to workout and will be designed from a speed set to an endurance set. There might be a challenge pull or kick set included for the workout.

SwimFit - Endurance Fitness Swimming

From elite to beginner, the SwimFit classes offer conditioning, stroke technique and fun challenges. These classes are great for anyone interested in Master's Competitive Swimming, Triathlons, or fitness swimming. Workouts will vary with shorter distance to longer distance swims, from stroke sets (of the different strokes) to kicking set. Skill level will be based on the individual swimmers abilities.

SwimFit - Fired Up

Get Fired Up in this power and speed class. Focused on sprinting with various amounts of rest, you will be pulling parachutes and other gear in the water for more strength and power. Whether you are new to swimming, experienced or you swim laps for fitness, this class will get you off plateaus for improved fitness and strength results.

SwimFit - Go The Distance

The swim workout will be designed for a distance swim to build endurance as well as speed. Each class will be divided into different distance sets, but will still cover a maximum yardage. Focus on pacing and pace management for a designed distance.

SwimFit - H.I.T.S.

A great class for those who are looking to build upon their cardio abilities while building musculature of the whole body. Building muscle is achieved by switching between muscle groups throughout a workout while pushing to maintain a medium to high heat rate. There will never be repeat workouts, so you can expect fresh sets and creative coaching each day. Specific instruction will be given on how to better improve strokes and become more efficient in the water to each SwimFit member during every workout.

SwimFit - HydroDynamics

An innovating swimming workout emphasizing all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) and cardio fitness. Ideal for individuals wanting to improve over all core conditioning.

SwimFit - Speed & Power

Swimmers of all fitness levels come out and challenge yourselves with intensity being your key. Improve your power and speed in the water with focus on technique and explosive swimming. We will swim shorter, fast swims with larger rest so you can truly test your speed and challenge yourself. We will work in different ways on your power, coordination and timing to improve your fitness as well and lower your times in all distances. The faster your maximum speed, the faster your easy speed for even distance based swimming. Get ready for intensity and fun!

SwimFit - Swim Smart for Triathletes

The key to a good triathlon swim is to learn how to swim and function well in the pool. Mastering the little things in the pool such as turns starts, and even kicking, will make you a better triathlete and swimmer in open water. This is why so many top triathletes spend 99% of their swim training time in a pool - not open water! So come join us and learn how to swim smarter and improve your swim for your next triathlon.

SwimFit - Swim Strong

A swim class designed for all levels of swimmers to improve their fitness, speed, technique, and confidence in the water through carefully designed practices that can modified to conform to the level of the individual swimmer. 

SwimFit - Swimtensity

A new aquatics course that will incorporate high intensity and ultra-short race pace efforts to build fitness and improve performance in and out the pool.  Core and stability exercises to boost fitness and power.  If you are a recreational or Masters swimmer looking for a way to gain that extra boost of fitness or time drop at your next swim meet, then Swimtensity is for you.  To be prepared for swimming along with dry land exercise, please wear fitness attire along with your swimsuits.
