Class Descriptions

 

STARRE

STARRE is a fusion workout that combines STEPaerobics segments at a 150-bpm pace with full body BARRE moves at a slower pace for sculpting and toning.  This class format will provide the super-energizing cardio you crave, as well as, focus on moves that elongate muscles, tone and improve posture.  Grab your step and a set of light dumbbells for this 60-minute workout and get ready to have a blast.

Step & Sculpt

Cardio and strength intervals performed on the bench and the floor utilizing various tools such as balls, body bars, dumbbells and gliders. All levels.

Step 130

A choreographed, easy to follow step class with lights weights performed at 130 bpms.

A choreographed, easy to follow step class incorporating light weights. This class is performed at 130 bpms.

Step 150

Choreographed cardio and strength intervals performed on the step at 150 bpm.

Step Box

Consists of 40 minutes of exhilarating, challenging cardio combinations followed by a 10 minute athletic-style stretch. The cardio portion involves the use of weighted gloves while performing a combination of medium paced martial arts movements and athletic style step patterns.

Step it Up

A straight-up step class, combining creative choreography with innovative step combinations, providing a great cardio challenge along with a whole lot of fun!

Step Up To The Plate*

Streamline Cardioga

A gentle blend of dynamic cardio movements and simple, flowing yoga poses. Combine traditional fitness moves, balance and strength with a cardio edge to create a complete, total body workout that will lengthen and strengthen your body in a new way.

Stretch, Roll & Restore

'Want a simple way to feel great?  Sample this hybrid class combining the simplicity of Yoga Stretch with the massage of the Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls. A beginner-friendly practice includes effective postures to lengthen typically tight muscles and simple, easy-to-learn rolling techniques with the therapy balls to increase blood flow and range of motion.

Stretchaholics

A class based around healing, stretching and strengthening your entire body. You can expect to open and awaken your structure by safely and creatively challenging your mind and muscles. You'll leave this class walking on clouds.

STRONG

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Strong BARRE

Spice up your weight workout by incorporating the BARRE! In this creative new format, you will combine traditional upper body exercises using dumbbells with total body BARRE moves.

Studio Cycle

Based on sound cycling principles; with focus is on cadence. Sport specific drills, climbs & sprints are used to make an unpredictable ride fun and challenging.

Summer Junior Tennis Camp*

The Summer Junior Tennis Program is from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The ages of the camp vary from 4 to 16 years of age. Our professional teaching staff will make sure that your child is sized to the racquet needed as well as the type of quickstart tennis ball so that they can learn quickly how to rally and have fun. They will be doing specific drills, playing actual games to learn the scoring system and fun tennis games as well to teach fun competition. Fee based camp.
