SCUBA Rangers and Starfish

SCUBA Rangers™ and Starfish ™ Kids will learn water safety, team building, and responsibility. Starfish (ages 3 ½ to 7) is beginning snorkeling skills. SCUBA Rangers (ages 8-12) is both snorkeling and SCUBA. Call Ann Keibler 713-523-3483 at Oceanic Venture.

Sitting in Stillness: A Meditation Workshop* $30

Create a deep sense of peace, clarity and explore the wonderful benefits of sitting in stillness. If you are new to meditation, this small-group workshop provides a sampling of different practices.  If you are an experienced meditator, this workshop can add depth to your current practice.

Six Pack Abs

Six Pak Abs targets the abdominal muscles that provide support for the core. Working on core strength, balance and stability with the use of the noodle. Great for those with back issues who cannot do sit ups on land. Learn to breathe mindfully!

Are you and your kids ready for the slopes this ski season? Stay injury-free and keep up with your kids and buddies by incorporating SKI Fit classes, individual training and specific programs for youth and adults. Slow Burn Yoga

Journey inward through the slow, deep work of this practice to find true balance though linking breath with feeling. Explore the smooth sensations of unhurried movement intensified by longer holds and optional uplevels to attune your mind-body connection. Recommended for active new-to-yoga practitioners and more experienced yogis who are ready to elevate their inner experience beyond their outer techniques.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a gentle yet deep, physically present practice of finding movement in breath. This practice offers modifications for all levels at a meditative pace with an emphasis on cultivating space to sit in the breath. Through engagement in balance, flexibility, and strength we bring an awareness to slowing down, calming the nervous system, and overall feeling stronger physically and mentally. 

Solstice Sunrise Yoga & Meditation

Soul Grooves

A high-energy, heart pounding, calorie-burning hip-hop inspired dance guaranteed to make you sweat.  In 60 minutes, you will learn up to 12 upbeat, medium-impact dance and cardio routines.

Sound Bath Journey

A Sound Bath Journey is an immersive, full-body listening and sensory experience that uses sound to nurture your body and mind. Participants settle into a still position, usually on their backs, and receive the healing sound and vibration of Farida’s alchemy sound bowls that invite the brain waves to slow and shift to a more relaxed state.  Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
