QuickStart Tennis*

an exciting new play format for learning tennis, designed to bring youngsters into the game by utilizing specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to age and size. The program is divided for those aged 8 and under – with a court size of 36’ x 18’ – and for those aged 10 and under – with a court size of 60’ x 21.’ For more information call 713.685.6847. Rainbow Body: A Short Practitioner-Scholar Meditation Course
with guest presenter Sravana Bortakaty-Varma, Ph.D.

Chakras, and kuṇḍalinī have a long history of transmission from traditional spaces in India to the digital spaces, which are interwoven with rapid remembering and forgetting. This spread of knowledge is further compounded by religious systems, geographical preferences, and generational favorites.

This short but intensive immersion course provides the scholar-practitioner with a broad understanding of how these terms went through a journey of complex transmissions. This voyage is brought to life by looking at how kuṇḍalinī yoga is practiced within an esoteric tradition in India, and offerings of kuṇḍalinī yoga in the United States. Since the ascent of kuṇḍalinī yoga is through the chakras present in the yogic body, we will focus on the study and practice of activating the chakras.

The course will include readings and meditation homework beginning a week before the first in-person meeting.

A six week series with three in-person Course meetings:
- 4 April Thursday 2 - 3:30 p.m. in Studio B
- 18 April Thursday 2 - 3:30 p.m. in Studio B
- 9 May Thursday 2 - 3:30 p.m. in Studio B

Rebel Jump

"Jump" up your fitness routine in this new, fun and athletic class with a high calorie burn and minimal impact on the body. Start by jumping to the beat of the music on the rebounder, then add to your cardio with simple jump rope and finish your workout with challenging core work and a good stretch.

Enjoy the challenge of the Pilates reformer in a group class designed to introduce the basic principles of Pilates. The class format can vary as instructors utilize the jump board, Bala beam and light weights to enhance your experience on the Pilates reformer. Prior reformer experience is highly recommended.

Regular SwimFit

Class open to all abilities of swimmer from competitive, triathletes and fitness swimmers.
Designed for stroke and technique improvement and endurance conditioning. (Seasonal)

Relax and Restore

Relax and restore muscle balance by passively stretching the tired muscles and increasing flexibility with functional movements. Disciplines of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi are incorporated bringing the mind, body and spirit together.

Restorative Yoga

Soothe your body and your soul in this relaxing class! The restorative practice helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which tells the body to rest and digest (as opposed to fight-or-flight) and is great for anyone with an active life. During this class, you will rest in bliss-producing restorative poses done on the floor with supportive props to help the body release. Recharge your energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring your nervous system into a more balanced state in restorative yoga.

After a beginner-friendly practice of restorative yoga poses, experience a full-body sensory journey that intentionally uses the pure tones of the crystal bowls to nurture your body and mind.  Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Revolution Shape Up*

Revolution Shape Up is a 8 or 12 week fitness and weight management program that will combine strength and cardiovascular training with nutrition counseling. Rhythm Ride (+ Abs)

Cycle to the BEAT! Pedal calories away while connecting to the rhythm of your ride. (+ Abs) includes 10 minutes of ab work after cycle.

Rhythm Step

Rhythm step is a classic non-stop cardio workout performed at a pace of 135-145bpm.  Move to the rhythm of the music with fun, dynamic choreography.  Step up, around and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and strengthen your muscles.

RIP FIT Boot Camp*

This is a 45-min group training that includes the use of Body weight, Kettle Bells, TRX, Rope, Bands, and agility exercises. RIP Fit is a circuit style workout with 10-13 exercises that are 30 seconds long, completed in 3 rounds within the 45 min time-frame. It’s a great workout for anyone who is training for a sport, trying to lose weight, or just working on overall fitness. Fee based class.

Ripped Cardio

This heart pumping class will not only increase your cardiovascular endurance, but increase muscular intensities by implementing athletic based kickbox drills, plyometrics, body bar burn outs, etc. This class is designed to bring out the athlete in all participants!

Robert's Yoga Lab class moved to Studio C just for today!

This active beginner-level and higher practice develops functional strength and flexibility. Instead of classical yoga poses, instructors move the class through eclectic processes. Expect a range of poses from the simple to the challenging.

Run Strong

Run Strong is designed to improve your overall running performance through drills, tempo runs, track, hill, speed, and technique improvement. Meet in Club Lobby.

Run Strong Skills & Speed

After a warm up the class will include drills, basic intervals, hills and endurance runs. The workout is structured to improve your speed, technique and strength for running.
