Postures & Breath: Mindfulness Preparation

Learning to control the body for athletics always leads to controlling the breath, for example as one swings a golf club or tennis racket.  Yoga takes this to a deeper level.  Journey through postures and breath towards a mind without thought and peace in the heart.

Power Hour

Come by the Cycle Studio at any time during Power Hour to load the TechnoGym MyWellness App into your smart phone, and to complete your Technogym Power Threshold Test so you can enter this information into the app to track your performance more accurately. The Power Threshold Test takes approximately 20 minutes.

Take your Contemporary Pilates to a different level with a faster pace and advanced options for each exercise.

Power to the Core

A physically-intense advanced yoga practice of flow work with core breaks, building towards the 8 angle pose.  Stephanie will end with sound bath savasana and include her rain stick accompaniment.

In the most accessible and gentlest ways, learn how to better manage pain, stiffness and/or arthritis to develop a stronger and less injury-prone body. Each class will focus on a different body area and explore a variety of strength, stabilization and mobility prehab-rehab exercises for the joints.

Progressive Pilates

Designed to challenge any level participant with longer stretches and slower transitions between exercises.

Progressive Power

45 minute cardio focused workout, borrowing from principles of yoga, Pilates and endurance training.  Perfectly set to music, begin with soft, flowing movements, add some light resistance, then gradually build to bigger, more powerful moves that make you wonder how you got there! From start to finish this class is designed to become "progressively" more challenging and leave you feeling strong, lean, and complete.

Pure Cycle

Our H-Club Cycle Signature ride. This perfect blend of climbs, sprints and mixed terrain provides an opportunity to work with speed, strength, endurance and high intensity intervals in every class. Pure Cycle has consistent elements incorporated into each ride, but leaves room for our highly skilled instructors to put their own personality and creativity into how it comes together. Expect a unique experience from class to class with a variety of lighting options, music selections and visual entertainment on the screens.
