Build a strong core, a slim waistline and improve your posture with our Pilates / 360 Combo class. We will introduce you to the power of 360 using all of the modalities and the grace of Pilates in a class that will dramatically transform the way your body performs.
Come experience the newest strength and conditioning class in Studio 360! This effective tool creates a workout with a high caloric expenditure and builds your core like never before. Intermediate-Advanced, this class requires prior experience.

A fun, innovative and effective new twist to traditional Pilates utilizing TRX suspension equipment and a mat.

Pilates WundaChair Workout*

Challenge your stability, strength, and flexibility with our Wunda Chair Workout Class. A Pilates Method favorite, the Wunda Chair’s simple design is excellent for finding your balance while performing exercises lying down, sitting, standing and, if your fitness level supports you, upside down on the chair. Fee based class.

Poolates

This is a deep water and shallow water class incorporating the disciplines of Pilates.  Learn how to challenge your core through stabilization and mobility. Feel your body lengthen and strengthen in the warm healing waters. No reformer needed, water noodles or barbells are the equipment of choice.

Poolside Thai Massage: A Destress Partner Experience*

Bring someone you want to help feel amazing - a partner, a friend, a family member, anyone! - and savor the soothing practices of Thai massage that leave you both feeling relaxed and refreshed. Susie & Nosa expertly guide partners through easy shapes and movements where intuitive and healing touch relieve tension!

POP-UP Pure Cycle

Our H-Club Cycle Signature ride. This perfect blend of climbs, sprints and mixed terrain provides an opportunity to work with speed, strength, endurance and high intensity intervals in every class. Pure Cycle has consistent elements incorporated into each ride, but leaves room for our highly skilled instructors to put their own personality and creativity into how it comes together. Expect a unique experience from class to class with a variety of lighting options, music selections and visual entertainment on the screens.
