Performance Cycle

Performance Cycle is a class curated for our competitive and recreational cyclists. The workouts are programmed to mimic the race season starting with the pre-race season in the first quarter, transitioning into race season in the spring and finishing with endurance and base building in the fall.  Each workout is designed to work specific energy zones and assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Pickelball Camp*

Kids will learn all the essentials of technique for competitive play. They will also learn strategies of Pickleball and the rules of game and how to keep score. Fee based camp.

Come and join in on pickleball one of the fastest growing Racquet sports in the U.S. All players can meet on court 8 of the tennis center. Please wear tennis appropriate shoes. The racquet and balls are provided. Complimentary.

Pilates Basics

Ease into Pilates with gentle stretching and core strengthening exercises to improve your flexibility as you learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates. Beginner level (All levels welcome).

Pilates Core Control

Our ideal Pilates challenge for experienced participants. Tighten, tone, lengthen and strengthen your entire body by performing Core Control’s advanced exercises.

Pilates Core Xpress

This 40-minute core-focused workout will strengthen your core, trim your tummy, tighten your abs and build a strong back. Let's get started!

Pilates Equipment Class*

This series of classes utilizes the reformer along with other specialized equipment in our private Pilates Studio for a heart pumping, calorie burning workout.

Learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates while developing core strength and flexibility. 

Pilates for Teens*


This Program promotes a healthy way of life among children and teens by using the Pilates Reformer in a small group setting. Boost self-confidence, improve body awareness and inspire an early love of movement that will serve as the foundation for an active lifestyle.
Every Wednesday Dec 19 through Jan. 9 Pilates Studio Ages 11-18 4 to 4:45 p.m.
$35 per class, $40 walk-in

Pilates for the Everyday Athlete

This ultimate Pilates class, designed for the everyday athlete, will boost performance and prevent injury. Experienced Pilates participants will enhance their sport by increasing stamina, core strength and flexibility. This class will take your fitness level to the top of your game!

Pilates Group Reformer Class*

This Reformer-based class utilizes the Reformer and a variety of other equipment throughout our private Pilates Studio. Reformer classes focus on alignment, core strength, legs, upper back and shoulder areas. Beneficial in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Pilates Mid Day

Our 45-minute lunchtime Pilates class will energize you with core exercises to firm and sculpt your body and rejuvenated you for the rest of your day.

A 45 minute pilates class using the large stability ball to transform classic pilates exercises into integrated, complex movements that create long, lean muscles and a strong core.

Pilates on the Corepole
