One-on-One: Yoga Just for You with Robert* $150

A One-on-One here at the Houstonian is all about you! Leverage our team of experienced & well-seasoned instructors to curate your personalized yoga practice that works best for your lifestyle and wellness intentions.  


Consider a One-on-One because:

- You’re new to yoga and want a confidence-boosting jumpstart on what to expect.  

- You’re experiencing tightness in your back (or other body part) that’s limiting your mobility.  

- You’d like to increase your performance in a particular sport - take strokes off your golf game or help win that upcoming pickle ball tournament. 

- You want a deep dive into a yoga pose (or poses) to really understand alignment relative to your body.  

- You are dealing with a life transition (moving, new job, retirement, etc…) and want the extra personalized care.

  

Whether or not it's one-time only, once-in-a-while, or a weekly event, easily reserve - and manage - your One-on-One on The Houstonian app.


Please reserve your spot more than 24 hours in advance.  The instructor may cancel the session if a reservation isn't made 24 hours in advance.

Otters Pre-Swim Team Advanced*

Otters Pre-Swim will help prepare your child to be ready for joining a swim team. It is designed to teach children ages 4 to 9 the fundamentals of balance, timing, breathing and starts for competitive swimming. Level - Advanced. Please contact the Aquatics Department at 713.685. 6751 to gain a better understanding of each of the levels. Fee based class.

Otters Water Polo for Kids*

Otters Water Polo for kids is a developmental water polo program for children ages 6 to 12. The program focuses on the basics of water polo in a fun and safe environment. Children will learn the fundamental rules of the game, how to pass and how to shoot. Fee based.

Put your balance to the test in this barre class done WITHOUT the barre!  This unique, low-impact, high energy class combines traditional barre moves, light weights for upper body and standing core work that will sculpt glutes, legs, torso and arms and elongate the appearance of your body.

OUTDOOR Burn Baby Burn

Classic Fat Burner movements (low and slow) with fresh low impact combinations, resulting in a powerful, effective blend of core strengthening, muscle conditioning, and calorie burning.

OUTDOOR Contemporary Pilates - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

We’ve re-defined classic Pilates techniques and made our Contemporary Class challenging for beginning and intermediate participants. You’ll add grace to your movements and feel your self confidence grow!

OUTDOOR Cutting EDGE - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

A more refined format including traditional weight training combined with timed cardio intervals consisting of basic, athletic movements specifically designed to enhance the strength portion of the workout experience.

OUTDOOR Cycle

Our H-Club Cycle Signature ride OUTSIDE by the sports pool. This perfect blend of climbs, sprints and mixed terrain provides an opportunity to work with speed, strength, endurance and high intensity intervals in every class. Pure Cycle has consistent elements incorporated into each ride, but leaves room for our highly skilled instructors to put their own personality and creativity into how it comes together. 

OUTDOOR Dirty Thirty

Dirty Thirty is a simple, effective, Tabata-style cardio workout consisting of three 10 minute rounds of exercises utilizing a variety of basic equipment. Get down and dirty in thirty minutes, in this intense (but adaptable) workout designed for men and women of all fitness levels.

OUTDOOR Foam Roller Pilates

Challenge your core and balance in this unique contemporary Pilates class.  Perform traditional Pilates Mat and Reformer exercises on the foam roller and incorporate new creative exercises that strengthen and lengthen muscles you never knew you had!

OUTDOOR HIIT

High Intensity Intervals using a variety of equipment.

OUTDOOR Jump & Pump

Jump up your fitness level one song at a time in this fun, easy-to-follow workout utilizing the Rebounder trampoline and a variety of strength equipment.  Each song is uniquely choreographed with cardio drills, core work, total body strength, and standing balance routines. 

OUTDOOR K.A.R.B.

Create "Killer Abs & Rock Bottoms” with this powerful, integrated workout designed to re-shape & define your lower body & strengthen your core with precision exercises performed in 3 dimensions.
