Namaste: How to Honor the Divine

We all know the term “Namaste,” which, of course, means the divine in me honors the divine in you. Rabbi Ariel Sholklapper, head of the Jewish Mindfulness Center of Texas, will discuss the foundational belief of many faiths that every human being has a divine spark within them. He will also share mindful meditations practices for honoring our own divine spark and igniting it. These everyday practices replenish our spirit and help us recognize and honor that light within others, leading to increased kindness, empathy, gratitude, and compassion for ourselves and others. Namaste!
