LIVE STREAMING Functional Mobility

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. Gain functional mobility and strength through unloaded end range isometric contractions and controlled articular rotations (CARs). The majority of the class is performed prone or supine on the mat and will help identify asymmetries and target weak muscles. Break up your regular exercise routine and journey into being more connected with your muscles and active range of motion.

LIVE STREAMING Hatha Yoga

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view.  Through attention to detail, postural alignment, and yoga philosophy, students build strength, stamina, flexibility, and understanding of the system of yoga and of themselves in this all-levels practice.

LIVE STREAMING Knead, Breathe & Release

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. We'll use a variety of therapy balls and relevant self-massage techniques to target body blind spots. Rolling out our soft tissue coupled with deep breathing to release stored tension. All levels.

In this practice of silence and stillness, be guided into present-moment awareness. Leave feeling refreshed. Beginner-friendly. This class does not count towards your daily class reservation limit.

Live Streaming Therapy Ball Class

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. We'll use a variety of therapy balls and relevant techniques to target body blind spots that need regular maintenance and attention for better performance. All levels.

LIVE STREAMING Yoga Body

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. A well-rounded, moderately-physical yoga practice that includes classical yoga asanas such as sun salutations, standing poses, arm and leg balances and more. Most appropriate for active beginners and beyond.

LIVE STREAMING Yoga Lab

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. This active beginner-level and higher practice develops functional strength and flexibility. Instead of classical yoga poses, instructors move the class through eclectic processes. Expect a range of poses from the simple to the challenging.

LIVE STREAMING Yoga Power

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. Yoga Power classes are challenging strength building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. This physically-intense practice moves at a steady pace through classical yoga poses to create a fluid, creative and energizing experience. Come with previous yoga experience and count on leaving with a sweaty sense of energy and empowerment.

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice of simple shapes and plenty of space for breath and being.

LIVE STREAMING Yoga Stretch & Meditation

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice of simple shapes and plenty of space for breath and being. The 90-minute practice ends with an optional 30-minute guided meditation.  No prior experience needed.  This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view.

There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice to recapture healthy range of motion in joints and create healthy stability.  No prior yoga experience needed.

In a yoga class, have you ever wondered ‘Where should I put my foot?’ or 'How deep is too deep?' Or perhaps you are looking for a new way to practice yoga. This class is all about how to organize yourself to know that you were designed to fit! We will start with cleansing breath work that you can use 'off the mat', next will be the asana practice where we’ll tweak the yoga poses to fit YOU! and last, we will wind down with longer-held, supported postures to release held tension and RELAX!
