Ladies 3.0 Level Tennis Clinic*

This class is for ladies that have experience in league play. Participants must be able to serve, rally and use a variety of spins as well as have the ability to compete in internal and external leagues. Doubles strategy is the main focus of this clinic. Ladies Beginner Tennis Clinic*

This class is for the ladies who are just picking up a racquet to a 3.0 level which is a (C) level or below. The class focus is on teaching the basics from positioning on the court, grips, serving, volleys, introduction to doubles play and keeping score. Ladies Tennis Clinic (3.5 Level and Up)*

LEGS

Strengthen and sculpt your quads, hamstrings and glutes while improving mobility and stability. Learn the correct form for squatting and lunging to gain maximum benefits.

Lengthen and Strengthen

Balance your workout and your body by strengthening the entire core musculature and lengthening the muscles that are often tight due to cycling or common cardiovascular activities. (This class follows our new CSI Cycle class, but is also very effective as a stand-alone stretch class!)

LIFT 30

NO choreography & NO experience needed! In this class you’ll do 30 minutes of "Just Weights”. Perfect class to do after your own cardio workout.

LiIVE STREAMING Tai Chi

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. Focus on building overall body strength, coordination, and balance in this beginner-friendly energy-based practice. The work out combines easy-to-follow, slow-moving, mindful Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements done from a standing position in bare feet.

Liquid Power Walk (Seasonal)

This aquatic circuit workout works against the water’s resistive multi-directional forces to create a great pre-cardio/strength, balance, core workout in the deep and shallow end of the pool.

Liquid Weight Room (Seasonal)

Liquid Weight Room is the power of liquid resistance in the H20.  Either in the Shallow or Deep end of the pool this program provides a range of strength building and toning exercises through the properties of drag and resistance of the H20.  A variety of equipment will be used from Hydro-Bells, Bands, Kick-boxers, Aqua discs, and gloves. The added bonus is water walking to compliment this workout.  It’s a two-fer!

Little Warrior (Age 5-6)

A basic martial arts class focused on basic punch, kicks, jumps, rolls and blocking maintaining focus through a class designed to feel like playing. A Parent or Guardian is required to be present.

LIVE STREAMING & BONUS Yoga Stretch

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice of simple shapes and plenty of space for breath and being.

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view.

This is a BONUS class and does not count towards the daily class reservation limit.

LIVE STREAMING & BONUS The Meditation Class

In this practice of silence and stillness, be guided into present-moment awareness. Leave feeling refreshed. Beginner-friendly.

LIVE STREAMING & BONUS Yoga Body

A well-rounded, moderately-physical yoga practice that includes classical yoga asanas such as sun salutations, standing poses, arm and leg balances and more. Most appropriate for active beginners and beyond.

LIVE STREAMING & BONUS Yoga for Runners

Run smarter and recover quicker with this short 40-minute practice, tending to the body parts most impacted by running: hamstrings, hips, and IT bands. Support both MIND and BODY for a healthy and sustainable running or jogging routine.

This is a BONUS class and does not count towards the daily class limit.

LIVE STREAMING Deep Stretch & Meditation

This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. For the more active participant who would like a stretchy and gently challenging practice to release tension and re-establish healthy range of motion. 60-minute posture practice is followed by a 30-minute beginner-friendly, guided meditation.
