Chill Yoga

‘Looking for yoga in a cooler studio?  Chill Yoga is simply a Yoga Body practice in a significantly cooler studio.  Rebalance your body with accessible traditional postures such as standing postures and Sun Salutations for active beginners.

Core Workshop II* - $30/member

From addressing the 3 Ps - alleviating PAIN, stabilizing POSTURE, enhancing PERFORMANCE and the importance of BREATH WORK in the first Core Workshop, we now extend and focus more exclusively on PERFORMANCE aspects of core activity, still placing the breath into the center of it all.

En-CORE WORKSHOP III* $30/member

A continued exploration into the holistic concept of core training. The main frame of the three Ps (pain, posture, performance) still dictates the main aspects. Highlight in this third course are the convex and concave shapes of the body and how they generate spring like power in all sports.
