Football Conditioning

Designed for athletes that want to gain knowledge and learn the techniques necessary to get on to a team. This class will be filled with conditioning, agility drills, muscular endurance and football fundamentals. For athletes of all levels. The intensity of class is based on the student ability and willingness. For ages 5 and up.

Fundamentals of Climbing

Learn basic skills about climbing with our rock climbing team.

Hip Hop Dance

This class is a 45- minute class of Hip Hop moves, strength, flexibility, and fun. Get ready to break a sweat and feel the burn to fun up beat music! 5 years and up.

Houstonian Playdate

Parents, do you wanted to meet other members but aren't sure how? Come and join us for a play date that is filled with lots of fun, snacks and beverages. Ages Newborn to 1 yrs. Old.

Houstonian Tutoring*

Does your child need help in reading or math? We have a certified teacher that can help. Fee based class. For more information please call 713.685.7911.

Kids Caliente' (Ages 5-12)

Jumping, constant cardio and dancing. What more can you ask for in a fitness class for children? The Instructor, utilizes fun dancing skills to help children really work up a sweat. This 45 minute class will really get you moving!

Kids Hoopla

Kids Hoopla class was designed for children ages 5 to 12. It’s a high energy, action packed class filled with spinning hoops, entertaining games and theatrical activities - the fun never ends! classes also allow students the opportunity to share what they have learned through dance, play, performances and hoop games.

Kids Kickboxing

High kicks and punches really allow children to use up all their energy after a day of classes. This high impact class will get anyone sweating for 45 minutes. For more information please contact Adam Dunlap, Youth Program Manager at 713.263.6595.

Kid's Sports Conditioning

-increase power, speed, coordination and agility
-injury prevention by corrective movement exercises
-fine and gross motor development drills
-exciting games that incorporate strength and endurance
-form and technique instruction

Monday Mania Youth Basketball*

Learn dribbling, passing technique, ball handling, proper shooting form and offense and defensive principles. Fee Based Class. 

Music & Motion Ages 2-4*

Enjoy a 45 minute class filled with fun activities for children to explore the sound of music.

Older Kid Yoga* (ages 8+)

Nurturing the maturing independence of 8 year and older kids, these classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to relish in their selves. As well, partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives. Pilates for Teens*


This Program promotes a healthy way of life among children and teens by using the Pilates Reformer in a small group setting. Boost self-confidence, improve body awareness and inspire an early love of movement that will serve as the foundation for an active lifestyle.
Every Wednesday Dec 19 through Jan. 9 Pilates Studio Ages 11-18 4 to 4:45 p.m.
$35 per class, $40 walk-in

Summer Slam*

Improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, and overall basketball knowledge.
