Junior Tennis Program Advanced Group*

Junior Tri Class

The Junior TRI classes are offered to prepare your child for participating in a triathlon. Classes incorporate 30- minutes of biking, 30-minutes of running & 30-minutes of swimming. It’s a challenging yet fun workout led by our Tri Coach. Children as young as 6 may participate, however, these classes are not for the very beginner, especially in the swim. Your child must be able to swim 1 length freestyle and 1 length breast stroke in order to participate. We just want to make sure that all the children will receive the best and safest training in order to accomplish their goals.

Just Add Water (Seasonal)

Start your day with a morning walk in the pool enjoying the sounds of nature. Just Add Water is a dynamic water walking program in the shallow or deep end of the pool. We work on a variety of gait patterns building muscular strength and core stability.  Due to the water’s resistance, walking for 30 minutes in the water is equivalent to walking 3 miles on land. This is a great warm-up class prior to the cardio aqua classes. 

Just For Men: Basic Training

Improve strength,flexibility,agility,coordination in a class for men only.

Just Stretch

Beginner: A stretch class designed for every age, gender, and fitness level. A combination of total body active and passive stretches. Most of the class will be performed on the mat with a few standing stretches.

Just Weights

NO choreography & NO experience needed! In this class you’ll do 40 minutes of "Just Weights”. Perfect class to do after your own cardio workout.

K.A.R.B.

Create "Killer Abs & Rock Bottoms” with this powerful, integrated workout designed to re-shape & define your lower body & strengthen your core with precision exercises performed in 3 dimensions.

K.A.R.B. 20

A 20 minute abbreviated version of our traditional K.A.R.B. (Killer Abs Rock Bottoms) class. Higher intensity moves performed with fewer reps to strengthen and define muscles of the core and lower body.

K.A.R.B. 30

Killer Abs & Rock Bottoms” with this powerful, integrated workout designed to re-shape & define your lower body & strengthen your core with precision exercises performed in 3 dimensions.

K.A.R.B. at the BARRE - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

 Combine your 2 favorite classes, K.A.R.B. and BARRE to develop a strong, lean physique.  This workout is designed to trim and tighten your core, glutes and legs and leave you with the results you've always dreamed about.  

K.A.R.B. Cardio

We take our signature K.A.R.B. ("Killer Abs & Rock Bottoms”) class to the next level by throwing in a variety of cardio segments to increase the calorie burn in this powerful, integrated workout designed to re-shape & define your lower body & strengthen your core.

Take K.A.R.B. to the MAX in this 60 minute version of our classic K.A.R.B. class. Get ready for more reps, more intensity and more RESULTS!
