Hydro Boot Camp

This powerhouse aquatic program incorporates H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training). Get fit using timed intervals of flutter kicking, followed by a short recovery and strength training exercises to improve cardiovascular and muscular conditioning while providing maximum calories burned.

HydroLates Water Pilates

Using the principals and exercises based on Pilates, this water based class will focus on balance, stability, flexibility, breathing, core strength and postural alignment.

Hydro-Tone Aquatic Workout

Deep water workout using the Hydro-Tone aquatic equipment for strength and endurance training combined with cardiovascular training.

Indoor Cycle Experience (I.C.E.)

This cycle workout will take you on a journey along quiet country roads or down busy highways; you'll hear quiet orchestral music, and you'll get peppered with the latest pop hits. You'll be part of a group/class, but ultimately you're on a journey of self-discovery and your goals are personal. We encourage you to ride with a heart rate monitor and track your progress; we encourage you to breathe big, ride strong, never give up and delight in the tremendous gains our virtual ICE can give you on the real-road the next time you cycle!

Indo-Row®*

The unique format of Indo-Row® captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. From “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final build up to a friendly but competitive “Race,” Indo-Row® quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members. 30 minutes. Intensity Aqua Boot Camp

Push past beginner training plateaus with a variety of shallow and deep water training designed to target agility, balance, coordination and speed in addition to cardio capacity. Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15-7 am at the Resort Pool $225 per person for 8 classes (4 weeks) Next session: April 12- May 5

Intensity is a high impact swimming Boot Camp that encompasses muscle confusion and high calorie burn swim sets. This class will incorporate strength training and endurance building for swimming. (Seasonal)

Intermediate Co-Ed Tennis Clinic*

The Intermediate Co-Ed clinic is for both men and women that are looking to meet other players their same level.  The instructor will go over the basics of groundstrokes, volleys and match play. Fee based clinic.
