H-Dance

This easy-to-follow, fun and playful dance class will keep your heart rate up with high energy moves, exciting choreography, and lots of sweat. Come enjoy great music, and dance your way to a lean, toned body!

Healthy Backs Yoga

Reduce back unpleasantness by waking up a key network of head-to-heel muscles on the back of your body!  Through small yet precise movements and simple shapes, learn to strengthen and stretch in just the right places to create a strong yet supple whole body support for your vulnerable back.  Targeted, conscious breathing helps to decompress your spine, leaving you free to walk away with more ease and stability.

Heated Yoga

Hot vibes for our sweat tribes! Come hydrated and get ready to sweat in our heated Studio B for a Heated Yoga practice that combines yoga postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work designed to add energizing fire to your life. This sequence will leave you feeling detoxed and invigorated, perfectly balanced inside and out. All are welcome, but those with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disorders, eating disorders, sleep deprivation, or pregnancy should consult their doctor first about the safety. Make sure to bring a towel!

High Energy Cardio, Core and More

This one hour deep water class is perfect for men and women. It is intense enough for the physically fit while it also can be modified for the beginner. A variety of movements and rhythms are used to tone, strengthen and enhance muscle groups.

HIGH Fitness

Transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

AEROBICS is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer! HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN with INTENSITY with CONSISTENCY. Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

HIIT & Run Cycle

Hip & Hamstring Heaven

Weekend activities got you moving like a robot with tight hamstrings, hips, calves, glutes? Hip & Hamstring Heaven is a deep stretch and release class with a focus on improving range of motion from the ankles up, focusing on strength and flexibility in the tightest areas: hamstrings, hips, calves and core. Beginner-friendly with lots of options to meet you wherever your tight hamstrings have taken you!

Hip & Heart Opener

Through a moderately-physical practice of traditional poses, loosen tight hips and free up shoulders and upper spine. Warm up the body to abandon the binds!

Hip & Low Back Yoga Therapy

A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice in a workshop-like format that focuses on exploring and relieving our hips & low backs.

Hip Hop Dance

This class is a 45- minute class of Hip Hop moves, strength, flexibility, and fun. Get ready to break a sweat and feel the burn to fun up beat music! 5 years and up.
