FIIT Cycle

Add a little upper body strength to your cycle class using the Versa 8 bands.  This format breaks up the cycling a bit to give you a total body workout.

Fire & Ice

An interval cardio and resistance class focusing on mind-body, stamina, and strength.  Each song is uniquely choreographed to challenge your body in a new way.  Follow the 3,2,1 format...3 high intensity cardio songs, 2 strength/cardio songs and one cardio yoga song.  Repeat until you reach the last long yoga stretch song, your reward for a tough workout! 

Fit Chicks – High School*

Flex Joint

In our warmest pool, you will work on flexibility and range of motion “joint work,” from head to toe.

Flex, Flow & Fly*

Our unique creative workout is inspired by movement art and will allow your body to soar into another dimension of physical strength. Flex, Flow and Fly is our version of Aerial Art – blending Pilates and Gyrotonic

Flexibility Solution

Feel stiff and tight? This is the solution. For those who have a hard time stretching, this is the right class. Improve your flexibility by working in a small group with assistance.

FLIGHT CLUB: Yoga Flow with Arm Balance Play

Expect to burn calories in this this advanced vinyasa flow practice! Includes strength and core work with opportunities to up level postures.   Plenty of arm balance play plus elements of dance to spice up transitions!

Flow + Rest: An Intermediate-Level Yoga Practice

Flow through an active, creative vinyasa sequence, designed to build the alignment necessary for breath and prana to flow easily through the body, which can lead to a joyful practice. Then rest in a deep state of meditation with the practice of yoga nidra (yoga sleep). Journey through the extremes of movement and stillness to understand the underlying oneness of duality, because it is only through experience that you gain understanding.

Participants should be proficient with basic postures like chaturanga, warriors and familiar with a flow-based practice.

Flow into Stillness: Yoga for Peace

With a 40-minute moderately physical yoga practice followed by a 20-minute guided yoga nidra (relaxation), find peace in both mind and body.

Flow Pilates

Move and feel the positive impact of pilates, dance, yoga and meditation. With guided instruction, you will be incorporating fluid traditional pilates movement and sequencing to curated music.

Fluid Flexibility

This class is a shallow and deep water movement class incorporates Yoga and Pilates to emphasize range of motion and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels.

Foam Roller Yoga

Use yogic methods to develop strength, flexibility and skills in a fun way with the multi-purpose foam roller. Come to explore new ways of using it, from the conventional to the unconventional.

Football Conditioning

Designed for athletes that want to gain knowledge and learn the techniques necessary to get on to a team. This class will be filled with conditioning, agility drills, muscular endurance and football fundamentals. For athletes of all levels. The intensity of class is based on the student ability and willingness. For ages 5 and up.

Functional Mobility

A great class for the avid exerciser or individuals striving to improve functional daily movements or post rehab. Gain functional mobility and strength through unloaded end range isometric contractions and controlled articular rotations (CARs). The majority of the class is performed prone or supine on the mat and will help identify asymmetries and target weak muscles. Take a break from the office chair and join us!
