In the first part of the class, we'll explore one essential yoga pose per class using a variety of processes and props to prep the body.   Then we'll settle in for an extended afternoon rest, or savasana, to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind.

This class is designed for all fitness levels based on work to rest ratios. Extreme HIIT Chaos encourages participants to execute different modifications for each exercise, never performing the same variation of the base exercise in a block. Based on the latest HIIT research to challenge your core and overall muscular fitness.

Fabulous Feet

Face & Eyes: A Soothing Practice

Experience self-care for your face and your eyes in this short practice!  Using a mix of tools including your hands and therapy balls, we’ll enhance the neuromyofascial relationships of the head, neck and eyes and then take time to condition the muscles of the eyes.

Join us under the lap pool pavilion for a one-hour practice led by Yoga & Hops followed by a happy hour at Arbor Grill. Come on out side to get your body in motion, connect with your community and enjoy a taste of some delicious beer!

Move and groove to great music in a fast-pace flow workout!  Be guided through the challenging postures and fire-stoking flows to sweat yourself to calm.  Per the HEATED designation, the studio will be warmed to 86 degrees for the practice.
