Evolve

Evolve is the latest concept in group training lead by The Houstonian Club's finest personal trainers. Evolve is a unique class format that is every changing from month to month.

Each month the Evolve class will be led by a different personal trainer, in a different location, at a different time. One month you might find yourself in Studio 360 exercising on the TRX and power plate and the next month you might be using Kettlebells on the meadow, or burning fat performing circuit training in the fitness center. Whatever it is you’re guaranteed a world-class workout. Complimentary.

In the first half of the class, we'll explore one essential yoga pose per class using a variety of processes and props to prep the body.   Then we'll settle in for an extended afternoon rest, or savasana, to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind.
