A boutique setting for our traditional kickboxing class.  Try this new circuit style workout in the Boxing Gym utilizing heavy bags, speed bags, TRX, and other various equipment for a total body cardio and strength workout.

2-HOUR YOGA FLOW + YIN

Advanced-level, vigorously-physical, flow-based practice followed by yin stretches all accompanied by the vibes of today’s music. High levels of body awareness recommended and plenty experience to safely negotiate advance variations, deep hip openers, unexpected sequencing and classical inversions such as forearm balance and handstand. Come and play for longer!

Whether you’re pregnant or the baby is already here, join Jessica for a mini-practice targeting the top prenatal and postpartum achy areas.  With relief, mamas experience more of the beauty of motherhood!

3.5 to 4.0 Ladies Indoor Tennis League*

The Ladies Indoor Tennis League play 2 out of 3 sets each week. This league is a (B) level and up. All participants sign up for each quarter. Subbing is available if you are not on the weekly rotations. For more information call 713.685.6847. Fee based league. 

30/30 Reformer Suspension Pilates*

 
We combine muscle lengthening, core targeting and fluid sequences on the Reformer with just the right amount of creativity and 'push your limits' moves on the high intensity TRX Suspension Trainer.  Designed for all levels this class helps encourage balance, build muscular strength to create long lean lines in your body.  Be prepared to work hard, see results and leave feeling empowered to do more.

360 Combo*

"Shake it up” and experience all three modalities in one 60 minute session! Instructor will direct participants through a variety of exercises utilizing the Power Plate, Kinesis Wall and TRX station.

360 Degree Weight-Less

This advanced deep water workout incorporates horizontal and vertical movements that provide a constant challenge for the core. Aquatic belts are recommended. Appropriate for all levels who are comfortable changing from vertical to horizontal moves in the water.

360 HIIT*

Rev up your workout and burn maximum calories with this 45 minute high intensity class where you are guided through a variety of strength and cardio exercises utilizing the Power Plate, Kinesis, TRX, Versa Climber, Concept 2 Rower, Marpo Rope Pull, Technogym Skillmill, ViPR and more!

360 Youth Sports Training *

Gain Speed, Power and Agility with specific drills to enhance overall performance in our small group Studio 360 youth training classes. Your young athlete will develop the proper exercise techniques, discipline and endurance required to pursue long term sports performance programming while staying injury free. Ages 8-13 *Fee based class.  $40 per training session.

40x45

A HIIT format that provides a TOTAL BODY workout in 45 minutes. It will take you through 40 different & distinct exercises with upper body, lower body, core and cardio elements. Each work interval is 45 seconds with a 15 second rest period.

Our Campus looks very different than it did when founded 40 years ago. In many ways, its history mirrors that of Houston: built by entrepreneurs and practical visionaries willing to make things happen and take risks. Learn the colorful and mostly unknown stories of how the campus came to be from two of its leaders. Carla and John will also talk about the vision for the future and, weather permitting, lead a tour of the historic spots on campus.

Sravana was initiated into yoga before she was 15 and has since then practiced a type of yoga that is not familiar to most Westerners. She’ll share how her personal practice plus her academic studies of Buddhism, religious studies and a MBA combine to make a vibrant life of teaching at the university level and in the neighborhood with parents and kids.

ABC: Arm Balance Conditioning

Become stronger and more *ready* for upside down poses. Active-beginners and more experienced practitioners develop the confidence to safely approach classical arm balances such as handstand, crow, forearm balance, and more.

Adult Open Water SCUBA

Advanced Agile Aging

A level up from Agile Aging, the goal of this is to work on developing strength and agility on the floor. Whether you are in your 30s or 90s, this mid-intensity beginner-friendly class will help you develop strength and stability in your hands, shoulders, and core muscles so you can play with your kids & grandkids on the floor and get around in case of emergency with reduced pain. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Advanced Cardio Tennis*

High energy, fast paced drills for advanced tennis players. It includes a warm up, cardio workout and skill sharpening drills. Fee based class.

Advanced Men's Drills (A Level)*

This is an (A) level group that has played competitive juniors, college level and USTA tournaments. This drill is for our top singles and doubles players in the Club. For more information call 713.685.6847. Fee based class.
