OUTDOOR HIIT

High Intensity Intervals using a variety of equipment.

Outdoor Row HITT* - $35

Rowing drills and intervals with body weight and core exercises off the rower. A perfect combination of sprint cardio, strength and core for a 45min! Join Matt every Wednesday and Friday outside in this great Fall weather for this heart pumping workout!

POP - UP Arms & Abs

Total UPPER body strength workout with dumbbells incorporating core exercises throughout class.

Step Up To The Plate*
