Extreme HIIT Chaos

This class is designed for all fitness levels based on work to rest ratios. Extreme HIIT Chaos encourages participants to execute different modifications for each exercise, never performing the same variation of the base exercise in a block. Based on the latest HIIT research to challenge your core and overall muscular fitness.

H.I.I.T. and Run

High Intensity Interval Training incorporates 5-7 strength and cardio exercises performed in timed intervals followed by brief recovery and in immediate return to another group of exercises performed for another 3-4 rounds. This class challenges even the most conditioned participant.

H45 Xtreme

A 45 minute high intensity, timed interval workout focusing on strength, plyometrics, and non-stop cardio movements.

HIGH Fitness

Transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level.

HIIT Me with Tabata!

Shorts bursts of high intensity exercise, requiring 100% effort, incorporating a variety of equipment for a total body workout.  Increase cardio, strength and burn tons of calories. No 2 classes alike!

Indo-Row®*

The unique format of Indo-Row® captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. Jump & Pump

Jump up your fitness level one song at a time in this fun, easy-to-follow workout utilizing the Rebounder trampoline and a variety of strength equipment.  Each song is uniquely choreographed with cardio drills, core work, total body strength, and standing balance routines.

Kick Mix

Our traditional Cardio Kickbox class amped up with short intervals of cardio and strength exercises using a variety of equipment. Bosus, benches, body bars, Ugis, tubing and more. Expect a fresh class each week!

Kickbox Drills

Follow the instructor through simple kicking and punching drills using the heavy bag.  You will improve agility, strength and cardio in this easy-to- follow, high intensity kickboxing class.  Gloves can be provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own.

Meltdown

This class is designed to “meltdown:” and then “rebuild” your body using innovative step choreography combined with timed intervals of core stability infused with flexibility to rebuild your body from the inside-out!

O Zone

This intense non-stop cardio workout will take you to the “Zone” working to optimize VO2 max and recovery. Intermediate-Advanced. Capacity of 30 people.

Old Skool Kardio

Old Skool is the New Rule with heart pumping Hi-Lo Cardio combinations performed on the floor, followed by fun and energetic Step choreography on the bench.

OUTDOOR Dirty Thirty

Dirty Thirty is a simple, effective, Tabata-style cardio workout consisting of three 10 minute rounds of exercises utilizing a variety of basic equipment. Get down and dirty in thirty minutes, in this intense (but adaptable) workout designed for men and women of all fitness levels.
