Rhythm Ride (+ Abs)

Cycle to the BEAT! Pedal calories away while connecting to the rhythm of your ride. (+ Abs) includes 10 minutes of ab work after cycle.

Show Tunes Showdown

Enjoy the usual Voyager Cycle format enhanced with some of your favorite show tunes. Life is a cabaret, my friend, so come join us!

Studio Cycle

Based on sound cycling principles; with focus is on cadence. Sport specific drills, climbs & sprints are used to make an unpredictable ride fun and challenging.

Based on sound cycling principles; with focus is on cadence. Sport specific drills, climbs & sprints are used to make an unpredictable ride fun and challenging. Plus 15 minutes of abdominal training.

SwimBikeRun

Ever think about doing a Triathon? Now is your chance with SwimBikeRun! Challenge yourself with all 3 or pick and choose with Karen as she leads you on a 30-minute freestyle swim, 45-minute spin class and a 3-6 mile run to Memorial Park and back. All fitness levels welcome. Transition times between classes approx. 20-minutes.

Throwback Tuesdays

Remember how cycle classes started? "Back row stand up, Front row sprint". Re-live those fun classes with Leslie for the month of September. Join her for old skool cycle games and class participation. Have fun AND get a great workout!

Training Wheels

An introduction to the Houstonian Club Indoor Cycling Program, including bike set-up, specific instruction for proper form and technique for indoor cycling, and a sampling of each Cycle format on our Group Exercise Schedule. This introductory class will help you choose which Houstonian Club Cycle class is the best fit for you!

Take Rhythm Ride to the MAX. This class is a full out PARTY ON THE BIKE! Get ready to be fully entertained with Music Videos, energetic and current music, fun and creative movements on the bike and upper body work with light weights. The ultimate cycle experience!
