Stand Up Paddle Board*

We're taking our group ex classes to the next level by doing them on a paddle board! Try your Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates or Core classes on the water in these fun and challenging classes on a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) board. You will improve your balance, get your cardio workout and learn a little bit about the new craze of Paddle Boarding. You will get wet....but regular exercise attire works just fine if you choose not to wear your suit. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today. Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health is a mind body practice that combines martial movement with intention and deep breathing. It is considered a "metarobic” exercise that can reduce stress, enhance sleep, help the body function effectively and combat a variety of ills. In this class we will warm up with a qi gong set, practice tai chi movement and sequencing and close with meditation. This class is excellent for beginners as well as experienced tai chi practitioners.

TRX Group Suspension Training*

TRX® Group Suspension Training® harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. This is a total body workout like you have never experienced before. The unique training capabilities on the TRX system allow you to work multiple body parts simultaneously; providing a total body workout, working core strength through the entire time. ViPR Training*

Get bit by the dynamic and functional movement patterns of the Vipr. It may look like a humble rubber tube, but ViPR ("viper”) is an extremely effective training tool. Virtually indestructible and incredibly functional, ViPR has already made its mark in gyms, in instructor circles and in the media.
ViPR is designed to:
• Provide an effective, whole-body workout
• Build muscle and burn calories through strength, functional movement training and cardio blasts.
• Be lifted, dragged, thrown, stepped on – and pretty much any movement you can think of
• Be safe as it’s made from rubber
• Be suitable for all ages and abilities, with weights ranging from 4kg to 20kg
