Pilates Core Xpress

This 40-minute core-focused workout will strengthen your core, trim your tummy, tighten your abs and build a strong back. Let's get started!

Pilates Equipment Class*

This series of classes utilizes the reformer along with other specialized equipment in our private Pilates Studio for a heart pumping, calorie burning workout.

Pilates For Men

Learn the foundation and classic language of Pilates while developing core strength and flexibility. 

Pilates for the Everyday Athlete

This ultimate Pilates class, designed for the everyday athlete, will boost performance and prevent injury. Experienced Pilates participants will enhance their sport by increasing stamina, core strength and flexibility. This class will take your fitness level to the top of your game!

Pilates Group Reformer Class*

This Reformer-based class utilizes the Reformer and a variety of other equipment throughout our private Pilates Studio. Reformer classes focus on alignment, core strength, legs, upper back and shoulder areas. Beneficial in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Pilates Mid Day

Our 45-minute lunchtime Pilates class will energize you with core exercises to firm and sculpt your body and rejuvenated you for the rest of your day.

Pilates on the Ball - REGISTRATION REQUIRED

A 45 minute pilates class using the large stability ball to transform classic pilates exercises into integrated, complex movements that create long, lean muscles and a strong core.

Pilates on the Corepole

Access muscle groups in a variety of positions while you perform Pilates Reformer moves utilizing the Corepole. Shoes optional.

Pilates Pump*

What is Pilates Pump? It's the fastest way to target specific muscles and get in shape! Pilates Pump is a 60-minute addictive workout that challenges you by combining the best weight-room exercises and classic Pilates principles together! Join us for this SUPER SET EFFECT, a breakthrough in fitness training that will introduce you to lean body muscle conditioning and help you achieve body strength and control. Fee based class.

Build a strong core, a slim waistline and improve your posture with our Pilates / 360 Combo class. We will introduce you to the power of 360 using all of the modalities and the grace of Pilates in a class that will dramatically transform the way your body performs.
Come experience the newest strength and conditioning class in Studio 360! This effective tool creates a workout with a high caloric expenditure and builds your core like never before. Intermediate-Advanced, this class requires prior experience.

Pilates WundaChair Workout*

Challenge your stability, strength, and flexibility with our Wunda Chair Workout Class. A Pilates Method favorite, the Wunda Chair’s simple design is excellent for finding your balance while performing exercises lying down, sitting, standing and, if your fitness level supports you, upside down on the chair. Fee based class.

Reform* $40 - REGISTER THRU APP

Enjoy the challenge of the Pilates reformer in a group class designed to introduce the basic principles of Pilates. The class format can vary as instructors utilize the jump board, Bala beam and light weights to enhance your experience on the Pilates reformer. Prior reformer experience is highly recommended.
