This two-weekend immersion is designed for dedicated students and teachers desiring to incorporate Yin Yoga into their practice and teaching. Through classes, lecture, readings, discussion and practice teaching, students will leave with a greater understanding of the theory of Yin Yoga, its primary postures, the practical benefits of the practice, as well as an anatomical appreciation of the body from the Yin perspective with a focus on the connective tissues.
Those that complete both weekends will be provided with a certificate and be eligible for 25 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

•Understanding the Practical Benefits of Yin Yoga
•History + Philosophy of the Practice
•Physical + Energetic Anatomy
•Practice in Teaching Yin Yoga classes
We will also:
•Cultivate confidence in our experiences of the subtle realms though asana and stillness.
