This class will be held in Studio B and simultaneously live-streamed on Facebook. There will be a camera in the Studio though none of the participants will be in the view. A beginner-friendly, physically-mild practice to recapture healthy range of motion in joints and create healthy stability. No prior yoga experience needed.
