Blindfolded Yoga

Close your eyes to wake up! Through the use of a blindfold, you tap into your innermost potential to practice the yoga poses, thus reaching a meditational state. Not having any visual reference point sharpens your clarity of mind and opens you to new realms of reality. The slow and simple practice is beginner-friendly yet challenging.

Bring your own scarf, bandana, or eye mask to wear for the practice or use one of the provided bandanas.
