Swim-X Total Fitness is an all-in-one full-body workout including swimming, kicking, pulling, sprint and endurance. Workouts include personalized technique breakdowns, interval training with monthly benchmark workouts (to track progress), in-pool demonstrations and weekly swim tips or articles through email. Reservations recommended. There is a limit of 8 swimmers per class. Fee based class.
