Aqua Steppin
A shallow water class in the resort pool, with emphasis on gait training, balance and increasing lower body strength

Boot Camp
Deep water high intensity hour workout with cardio and muscular conditioning

Hydro Power Interval Training
Deep Water aquatic workout incorporating interval training and strength training

Balls, Balance and Buoyancy
Shallow water workout using balls, noodles and disc’s for balance, strength training and fun.

H.A.R.T.
Hydro Aerobic Rigorous Training. High energy interval training workout for all levels

Hydro Kal
Deep water conditioning class with emphasis on core stability

Abs-Olutely
Deep water and shallow water program working on the “Core”, with back and abdominal exercises

Aquatic Kickboxing
Shallow water workout with Speedo Aquatic Kickboxers making kickboxing moves gentle on the joints

Poolates
The disciplines of Pilates and Yoga are incorporated into this deep and shallow water class.

Basketball Exercise
Fun, non-competitive basketball exercise.

Begin With Muscles
Use dumbbells and resistance tubes to improve strength, endurance, mobility and balance while reducing your risk of osteoporosis.

Flexibility Solution
Feel stiff and tight? This is the solution. For those who have a hard time stretching, this is the right class. Improve your flexibility by working in a small group with assistance.

Corepole
Improve strength and endurance using resistance tube system, sitting and/or standing.

Functional Strength
A class combining strength training with stretching.

Balls,Balloons and Balance
Improve Balance, Agility, Skills for life, Eye hand coordination - simple drills using a variety of fun props (for ALL levels)

Just For Men: Basic Training
