Phase 1

The Houstonian Club renovation is being conducted in three, separate phases with areas opening as they complete renovation. Phase 1 has officially been completed as of October 18 and Phase 2 began on October 22.
Phase 1 consisted of constructing two new, multipurpose group exercise studios (Move and Strong), a yoga studio (Breathe), a private yoga space (Refine) additional seating and 'lounge' areas for group exercise, a Pilates Reformer/Versa Climber studio (Synergy), and a new basketball court (on the lower level)  All group exercise classes now take place in the new studio spaces. The Resident Fitness Center renovation has been completed as of July 28.
