Our Synergy Studio offers a variety of innovative and energetic small group classes utilizing the Pilates Reformer. The studio is dedicated to Kim Kilway, a long-time Houstonian Instructor who brought the definition of Synergy to life. The classes offered in this studio will honor her legacy of musicality and class presentation skills that create the optimal workout experience.

Class Format
Contemporary Reform (50 minutes) - A Pilates reformer class that focuses on slow, controlled movements encouraging deeper muscle engagement. This style of Pilates targets slow twitch muscle fibers with the goal of fatigue in mind, keeping your muscles under tension for longer periods of time similar to Lagree© style classes. $40

Instructor - Class Desriptions
Melinda teaches a classical reformer class that takes you through the traditional series of exercises created by Joseph Pilates. This series builds on the foundational exercises while adding more complex exercises throughout the class focusing on achieving the complete Mind /Body connection.
Alyssa teaches an Athletic challenging reformer workout with elements of contemporary Pilates and athletic components of resistance training to maximize the mental and physical effectiveness of each workout.
Stephanie teaches a mix of classical Pilates with contemporary. Her focus is the time under tension. Music will be top 40 current with some fun throw backs.
Maria teaches a high-energy, choreographed Pilates reformer class that challenges strength, core, balance and flexibility in a way only a professional ballerina can do! Every movement is designed to flow with the music, creating a fun atmosphere that makes the class time fly by!
Juliana teaches a contemporary style reformer class that focuses on time under tension.
Stacy teaches a high-energy, music-driven Pilates reformer class that transforms traditional Pilates into a dynamic, rhythm-infused experience. Set to an upbeat, carefully curated playlist, every movement is designed to flow with the music—keeping you engaged, motivated, and fully present from start to finish.
Angie - teaches a contemporary style of Pilates that has a slower overall pace with the intention of getting a full body workout each class. Her style focuses on time under tension.
Eran - Start your Sunday with a balanced Reformer session combining traditional Pilates with modern movement. Strengthen your core, lengthen and tone muscles, and improve posture and mobility through intentional cueing, progressive resistance, and fluid transitions designed to challenge stability and endurance.
Erik Johnson teaches classic reformer classes designed for all body types, skill levels, and personal goals. With 25 years of experience, he knows how to keep every class fresh, engaging, and innovative. Come join him.
